Got the TV (Real part number KDL-20S3020) with a 24Hr turnaround delivery from Amazon after only taking (free) supersaver delivery. Maybe things are quiet in terms of stock turnover?
All set up and tuned in using default settings and auto tuning in less than 10 mins. This is a very easy to drive digital TV, with a bonus of a proper accessible power switch on top of the set so you don't have to turn off at the wall socket.
The picture is very very good, matching other Which? best buys I've had in the past. And the sound is much better than alternatives.
Yes it is about £100 more than the cheapest you could get at this size, but first impressions are that it is well worth it.

I'm thinking of buying a pair of these to use with my Sony Ericsson W880i - why? Because it has a SPLIT cable - yes, everyone, Mr N. Hamilton, Mr D. Morris and the rest - you obviously haven't read the small print. These headphones have been designed for mobile phones and other such devices that use a manufacturers own bespoke connection cable that then has a 3.5mm jack socket at the end (because the devices themselves don't have their own 3.5mm jack socket). Sony Ericsson supplied a pair of 'in ear' headphones with my W880i (that were very short) to plug into their own connection cable. Having invested in a truly monstrous plasma tv, and having received my girlfriend's "request" that we not use the chrome and glass stand for it, wall mounting was the only way to go, something I was not particularly happy about, due to my lack of DIY skills/experience.

From the moment I opened the packaging, it was obvious that this was a VERY well-made product. No sharp edges or bad welds, no missing pieces. Just what I needed! The simplicity of the design makes it very easy and SAFE to install.

Must have had this DAB in car radio about a year now so I reckon I am in a good position to provide an objective review so here it is.
As other reviewers have pointed out the aerial is sub-standard, you are forever loosing signal strength (I tried re-tuning as instructed but has no effect)which is really frustrating.
Changing stations on the move is awkward especially if you store more than 4 stations.
The set up is relatively easy but you end up with intrusive wires trailing everywhere.
The arm that holds the radio to the windscreen is also poor quality constantly wobbling until mine actually broke off today!! (where the arm attaches to the sucker) obviously a weak point unless mine was faulty.

These are well made and fit really well. I am surprised at their quality especially as they are reasonably priced. I use them with my iPhone and the quality is excellent.

All round a great package, you can do a lot worse.

Pure VL-60923 ChargePAK C6L

I have owned the previous version (C6X) of the chargepak for around 2 years. Currently it gives around 15 minutes of play before it dies. When I called Pure's customer helpline, I explained that the product was out of warranty and that I appreciated that I would not be refunded. However, the lady who answered was quite defensive and explained that, as the product has a one year guarantee, Pure expect it to last only around 12 months. If this is so, then £30 seems a lot to pay for occasional use away from the mains in one year.

My experience of rechargeable batteries is generally far better - mobile phones, digital cameras and multi-purpose rechargeable batteries. I feel that there must be something wrong with the chargepak if Pure have such low expectations ... Read More:

Read all the other reviews here before making the purchase and found them very useful, informative and helpful in making final decision and supplier. The television is superb and has an amazing picture, even with our old school video recorder. This is a good incentive to now buy a hard drive recorder or a blu ray disc player! Maybe next christmas!

Price was excellent value, with no charge for delivery. We received the telly within 48 hours and gave me a treat to play with in time for the weekend and to watch the rugby. Great job!

I bought this portable dab radio for use whilst walking and cycling, ie for outside pursuits.So I can only vouch for the performance of this device as my main use was as above. The clarity and reception of dab radio is superb with no crackling or hiss from normal FM radio, how ever this radio does not like concrete ie subways and the like. Indoors can be a problem as there can be a problem with reception as the ear phone is the aerial , this wasn`t a dissapointment as this radio is portable and in my eyes designed for out door use which suits my needs perfectly. In short I can`t understand all the negative reviews in relation to reception etc I live in London so reception is not a problem. Just bought this tv (not from Amazon), and having set it up straight from the box, all I can say is WOW! What a picture, Brilliant! It was so simple to set up. Just plug it in. Follow the on screen questions and it basically set itself up. I won't try and make any adjustments for a couple of days, just to let the set settle in. I will then tweak the picture settings to get the absolute best out of the TV. At present I am using a Sky+ box, so it is only in standard definition for the moment, however on 20th December Sky will be installing Sky HD and then WooHoo! Santa is bringing a new Panasonic BluRay player (bought from Amazon) and some BluRay DVDs. I have to say that the SD picture is superb, every bit as good as my Toshiba 32" CRT TV that it's replaced.
