I bought this when my reliable Daewoo box was rendered useless by a Freeview transmitter update, and what a disappointment!
The remote control is a miserable affair, tiny, with totally symmetrical keys so you can hold it upside down and wonder why it doesn't work!
When it's working the box is good but it often loses its on-screen graphics and often locks up necessitating the power being switched off and on, it then goes through its start up routine.
I think we expect better than this from Philips

I had my head unit fitted at a Halfords a while back and I was lured into spending £7 on an aux in cable for my ipod classic while I was there. I thought what's the harm it's a simple cable and I don't have to wait for a slightly cheaper one to get delivered from online... However.. that cable was a total let down. After just one day if you bent it in any position, the sound would cut out of one channel. This definitely wasn't my ipod playing up..
So I took it back and they tried replacing it. I wasn't interested.. Checked Amazon and liked the look of this one seeing how it was durable and had a few decent reviews. Logitech Harmony One - Advanced Universal Remote Control

I have 5 devices and a TV. That's a lot of remotes.
One of these is a Samsung DVD Recorder connected to a Samsung LCD TV and I was hoping that at least I could use one Samsung remote but there was always at least one feature that I wanted to use missing or not working properly. I was thinking about replacing all these remotes with a universal one and I should have done it sooner!

After weighing up the reviews and the price I picked the Harmony One and eagerly got it home and tried setting it up. It took a while (over 1 hr) but it went smoothly enough even though 1 device was not in the database. So I had to use the learning options in the setup process to add some remote functions. Well I wasn't sure when I read some of the reviews saying it was very cheap looking, and yes I have to admit its not leather, it hasn't any diamonds on or alike but this is really a very good case. Its not cheap looking at all and gives good protection to the DVD with a headphone splitter built in and it has several mounting options in the car, personally I would say a bargain 5 out of 5

At less than 80p per disc, I only bought one pack because I was wary of the quality. I needn't have worried... picture and sound quality are brilliant. I have been copying videos I taped off the tv... my recorder (DAEWOO DF8150 DVD Recorder +RW and VCR Combi, with MP3.JPEG & Picture CD compatible) which I bought at the same time is superb... it has enhanced the quality of these recordings significantly! I will be purchasing more without hesitation!

I took a real flyer on this. Not known for their TV's I was more than a little apprehensive when I ordered this for our kitchen. I am pleased to say it was a good buy. Setting up and tuning could not have been easier. Picture quality is good though viewing angles are a little tight.
The TV looks good and I advise anyone who is looking for a wall mount to go to Wilko, £15.00 for a good bracket that swivels and tilts. Some DIY stores want £40 plus.
If you want a Kitchen, Bedroom or Study TV - this is the one.

Money is a big issue for us so I spent hours and hours combing the internet for reviews and help in what to buy, I finally opted for the Sony Bravia. I am not a techy don't value all those extras but this is brilliant for us. It was easy to set up, have managed to get everything I wanted from the handset without any trouble and the sound has been really good. Unfortunately for us our 3 year old now refuses to watch our old tv anymore as he is convinced there is something special about the Sony, so it must be good!!!

These are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn, my ears were swollen for 3 days after I first used them, they are so uncomfortable. They never stay in my ears, they fall out whatever I do and the sound is muffled. Only buy these if you enjoy being in pain.

This item does exactly what it says on the tin! I bought one, delivered next day with amazon prime, and within 5 minutes it was up and running. No Techy knowledge required, literally just plug it in the line between your coax aerial feed and the TV, locate the "eye" somewhere that it can see your remote control, and so long as you have turned on the RF power on your sky+ box, bingo, you're in business. (Turning on the RF power is from the menu on the sky+ box. Search on google and instructions are available)
Great simple design, that works perfectly, no batteries, no hassle, no problem! I can't recommend this highly enough.

I was fed up with taking my mp3 player out and my phone. So I got a 2gig sd card for my samsung steel phone waked loads of my music on it, linked the sony head phones up to the phone bobs your uncle, how easy could it be. No more cable to get tangled up in your pocket. They fold up very well so you can put them in your coat pocket. No body has rang me yet when I have been wearing them "thank god" think if anyone see you with these on having a phone conversation will think you are talking to your self. Only give them 4 stars because, sometimes when you are about to cross the road and you turn your head you lose conection with you phone, but I can live with that.
