When i read about the Powerball and watched a few of the videos i couldn't wait to receive it. In truth the gimmick of it does wear off after a few goes, and you will be surprised how many of your friends will have trouble getting it to do anything! I find that amongst the guys at a party it can be a good laugh for a few minutes as everyone tries to outdo one another. I think that your money could be better spent elsewhere if you intend on using this as a strength builder and as part of an exercise routine i'm sceptical about the benefits. Shame it's not a bit cheaper as i would have gave it more stars. Unfortunately most of the cheaper models do not have the score counter, which nullifies the competition element. Gelert Double Flock Airbed inc Inflator

I wasn't sure about this item after looking at mixed reviews. I can't see how people are having problems with inflation, it was easy -if you read instructions properly.

It was comfortable and easy to pack away. I was very pleased with the product, especially with the price!

Long story short..GET ONE OF THESE

it is possibly the most amazing thing i have ever bought!

all you do is pull the ripcord after winding it up, and slowly rotate your hand, slowly speeding up while these amazing LED lights turn your living room into a club :)

once you get the hang of this, (if your persist) you will find you cannot stop...its just so addictive trying to beat other family member's highscores...we had great laughs, seeing as after we saw how great they were, we all got our own ones, so theres blue green and red lights flazing all around our living room as we compete for the highest revs!

I got this for a 5 night camping holiday.
I bought a different regulator for it to allow me to use calor gas which i can get for free which is good..
It cooks well, i suppose it depends on your pans but get some copper base ones and you will have no problems. The flame went out a few times due to wind.. This only occured when the gas was at its lowest setting - when i turned it up it never went out.
I used both hobs and the grill simultaneously and again encountered no issues.
For cooking proper meals while camping, 2 hobs and a grill is a must. The grill is great to keep things warm when you need more space in your frying pan.
It all fits together nicely and only takes 1-2 minutes from bagged to ready.

Unfortunately I've never had the opportunity to properly try the stepper, which I had bought for a friend's birthday. The steps of the first machine did not adjust properly and second was missing parts. It's very unimpressive!

I spent an extra £2-3 on the red one and it was totally worth it. The glossy red compliments the white well. The design of the omron 2 is small, light and looks good - not ashamed of having it showing either.

It can be placed inside your clothes pocket, attatched to your trouser waist or pocket or wear it around your neck with the included strap.

The setup took 5 mins, you do need the instructions for this one! You program the time, your weight, your stridge length to make sure you get the most accurate results. Its relatively simple when following the multi-language instructions.

I bought two of these recently and they are a comfortable airbed for a good price. Fairly quickly to inflate and easy to deflate as it has a large plug which lets the air out quickly. Lasted five days without having to top them up with air at all.

just to be aware people. i bought this for my dad for fathers day. but in the instructions it said not to use if you have a heart problem, so i was very dissapointed when he couldnt use it!! also it is very hard to get the gyro working.

don't have enough weights to be able to leave what I need on the bars.

The weights that come with them are not going to be much use to you if you're a man over the age of 15,you're going to want to change up pretty quick,I bought a set of 4x5kg plates from argos and that put them on aswell as the discs provided to begin with.

Spin locks have a tendancy to undo if you are doing a movement that has any kind of swing(like standing alternate bicep curls),which can be very annoying,but doesnt happen too much if you make them tight enough.If you are doing pressing exercises they should stay on fine.However changing the plates is very quick and easy which about makes up for the undoing thing.

This is based on the original powerball and is still the one I keep coming back to. I have been using various powerball for over two years now and I love it as much now as when I first got it. The manufacturer's description really doesn't do this product justice, although their website does. If you use this powerball at low speeds it is great for RSI and other wrist/arm injuries. At high speeds it gives an amazing workout and really builds up all the arm and shoulder muscles. The build quality is incredible (do not be tempted by inferior wannabes) and the lifetime guarantee is unbeatable.
