My 6 year old chose this and I have to admit I was dubious about how long it would last. I have been proven wrong. Its great. The pieces slot together in whatever order the child chooses and an amazing amount of satisfaction is had from the noise that comes out.

My 2 year old has also discovered it. It has stood up well to her chewing of the mouth pieces. No splits or breaks despite her best efforts.

Simple and fun. The sound isn't too loud either - thank heaven - no matter how hard they blow. Believe me my children have tried.

We bought this for my 6yr old at Christmas - and will be adding another set for his birthday later this month. It is just an incredible toy. Over Christmas his Grandfather and father were as gripped as he was making the loop-the-loop work, then figuring how to get it into the bend and stay on the rials.
He's kept busy for hours inventing new tracks, working out which bits aren't working and why, how to make the marbles run faster/slower etc. He has no idea he's working with Physics principles!
And then, to beat it all, he can go to bed and look at his track glowing in the dark in his room. Can't recommend it enough.
