Wild Science - Triop World

Its simple really, you get a packet of eggs that look like tobaco, and you pour half of them in some natural mineral water that should be inside the inclded bowl.
Wait 24 hours and half the eggs should have hatched, your told not to feed them for the next 48 hours as they will eath the eggs. When there first hatched its hard to see them but you can see little tiny white tails swimming around, and lots of them!
Soon after 48 hours they should now be clearly visable and you can now feed them with your food that was included.
One of them was huge and I decided to name him Fatty, unfortanatly even when there is enough food the Triops love to eat eachother, I remember after 5 days seeing Fatty nibbling one of my Triops, I did get ... Read More:

My ants got stuck to the goo; they all died within a few days without making a single tunnel. I'm not saying that you shouldn't buy this, I'm saying that it didn't work for me for whatever reason, (e.g. maybe the ants were injured in the post). I'm sure that the ants live more often than not and from, the pictures that I've seen, it looks like a really fun toy to have.

Big Bunch O' Bugs

My ants got stuck to the goo; they all died within a few days without making a single tunnel. I'm not saying that you shouldn't buy this, I'm saying that it didn't work for me for whatever reason, (e.g. maybe the ants were injured in the post). I'm sure that the ants live more often than not and from, the pictures that I've seen, it looks like a really fun toy to have.

Backyard Safari - Bug Vacuum

This is not simply a toy for children... oh no no no. In fact, I would say it is wasted on children. I use this bug vacuum to catch live insects to feed to my 2 venus flytap plants.

Previously, I had to resort to chasing flies around a room, spending hours tiring them out, only then to accidentally splat them on capture. Many, many wasted hours and days. Then, low and behold one Christmas, Santi brings me this wonderful device. Wow. My venus flytap never goes hungry. It is seriously durable. I have to place the chamber in my freezer for a few minutes to cool the flies down, so that I can get hold of them by the wing and place into the trap. The insects then warm up and the flytrap plant eats them alive. The plastic has never cracked ... Read More:
