My sons, three(!) and five are completly mad about the thunderbirds. Most of the videos they have played a dozen times and they play even during the video with the toys to copy the moves in the film.
It is not only the exitement and the items which can be happen in 2003 but also educational are the thunderbirds great.

It was about nine years ago now that i was given this toy for Christmasone year and i can remember just how much i enjoyed playing with it. Now,they have brought it out again but this time with a few extra features.Generally though everything is the same, apart from there are a few extrasound effects. Here are all the great things about it.
Firstly theres the swimming pool which slides across to reveal anunderground base and is also where the TB1 takes off. Then theres therunway for TB2 which can be raised in order for it to fly off. as thishappens the palm trees atomatically lean back slightly to allow room.Finally theres the take off pad for TB3 which is basically a hole in theground which the TB3 comes out of.

I wish this size of toy had been available last year, though our sons are avid Thunderbird fans, they didnt go a bundle on the small size toy but just love this one, it has lots of places for the little figures to go, though we did find a bit of blue tac on the bottom of the figures helped them stay inplace during blast off!! Great!!!

i have been a avid thunderbird collecter for a long time i have to say that this toy is a great for both children and collectors alike. It has so much leeway for the imagination, saying approiate phrases that can add to the adventure.
i have all three of the talking figures and wish all the brothers had been made.
this is simply excellent toy, that i admire and have great fun watching younger children playing with!

Thunderbirds Talking Action Figure - Scott

My 3 year old son got the Scott action figure for Christmas and it was by far his favourite present. We were amazed at how cheap it was compared to the £25 Buzz Lightyear figure he'd got for his birthady. However, the reason for this became clear 2 days after Christmas when Scott's head fell off! However, a few goes with super glue later and he is almost as good as new (head doesn't turn any more and occasionally falls off) but is still a favourite toy (only beaten by the fantastic Tracy Island which has provided hours of indpendent play fun, best £19.99 ever spent at Woolworths!). Most of his friends who have these figures have lost heads too but it doesn't seem to spoil the joy of the toy.
