Doctor Who - 5" The Satan Pit SetChildrens Toy Shop > Toys > Action Figures from: Character Options The Doctor looks fab in his spacesuit with removable helmet and the lift looks good too and it's quite roomy. My kids can cram quite a few figures into it! My only niggle with it is that you have to be very careful with the Doctor's arms (The glove part) as they are not brillianly attached. In fact, we had to send for a replacement set when one of his hands came off whilst trying to carefully remove him from the box. So far, the replacement has been ok but do be careful with him... Nice little set though overall. |

Legendary Heroes - Judge DreddChildrens Toy Shop > Toys > Action Figures from: Forbidden Planet when i first saw this i was excited,then i got it and was less so. like fungus it does grow on you and i suppose i was expecting something along the lines that reaction figures did. the main gripe for me is the detailing and paintjob on the helmet,it seems too rushed and as it was painted on the inside of the clear plastic was no doubt tricky to do,and it shows! a bit of filing the paint off the full kissable lips and a coat of varnish on the touched up visor eyepiece and its looking better already! The shoulder pads are a bit of a wierd colour "metallic yellow" and the elbow pads are the same,as this figure was leaning to a more "realistic" look than the reaction figures' model years back i would have thought gold ...
