I ordered this for my son who is almost 2 and loves Bob the Builder. It is flatpacked but is easily built in just a few minutes. The manufacturer recommends age 3 and over but the bench is not very tall and you may therefore find it too small for that age. The selection of toy tools is good, the design of them is very simple and they provide excellent roll-play for a 2 year old.

The presentation of these beads is colourful, attractive and durable. The beads are likewise attractive to young girls. They make a much appreciated birthday present for all those school friend parties they start going to in Reception. Funnily enough that is how we came by our first box of these beads.

Interestingly, perhaps because they are wood and not plastic(?), or maybe because of the great box, we have managed to keep both of our sets intact. I can not say the same for the plastic bead sets we've been given.

A real all round winner.
