This truly is one of those items you really needed to have if you have a small child and plan on taking them around with you when you're out and about, eh that's everyone! No more grapping hold of grubby highchairs in restaurants, this goes with you everywhere, packs up light and I've not found a seat that it doesn't fit round. A must have for any parent and also a fabulously unique gift.

This proved very popular with my 4 month old son, he loved lying watching the bird, but by 6 months old the novelty obviously had worn off, and he had moved on to bigger and better things. Great for newborns as a night- time toy, but difficult for them to kick! much better on parent setting.....

think my son was to advanced once i bought it for him to have much use - he would rather play with activity centres now!

Avent have tried to make this too technical. The older, basic model is much better. With this one you have to empty the water out, measure and add 30mls of water each time you want to warm a bottle. This is quite a hassle, especially at 3am! If you don't have exactly the right amount of water the milk will be either too hot or too cold. We had the old version before and wish we hadn't given it away. It didn't have all the push-button whizz, but was much more effective and easier to use.

I really like this product. Research has shown that Tummy time play is important for healthy infant development, but there are not many reasonably priced products out there with a proper focus on tummy time activity. The surfboard design is really cool and the mat is padded enough and comparable to most play mats in this price bracket. The prop-up cushion offers comfortable support and encourages baby to push up, exercising little arm & neck muscles. The water filled pat mat and attached toys add interest and help keep baby occupied. For the money, I think this is a great toy.
