My six year old really wanted this toy, but the problems with it started right after we got it home. He couldn't pull the rip cord fast enough to get the gyroscope inside the tornado going. I could do it, but to make the car not get hit by the tornado, all he had to do was ping it down the alley right away. Not really much of a game. Then after a few pulls, the tornado broke. The rip cord refused to engage with the teeth inside the plastic glob, so the tornado could not be made to work at all. My son had a good time playing with the launcher and track for a while, but I assured him that it was not £9.99 worth of value. It went back the next day and he got something else that he can have a lot more imaginative play with.
