Excellent. My three year old son's all time favorite toy (so far). It's a perfect size. Big enough to hold the other die cast cars (such as Lighting and Sally, or HotWheels and Matchbox cars), yet small enough that he can take it with him in the car or play with it on the couch or coffee table. It has also been very durable. It is made of durable plastic (good for when he drops it on the hardwood floor - wouldn't want die cast!). All of the small parts (mirrors, exhaust, etc.) are made of a flexible almost rubber-like plastic that does not break, and the wheels are strong and haven't broken off yet. All of his other "big trucks" were broken within a couple of weeks (a couple of days usually), but after 2 months, this truck is still in one ... Read More:

My own example of this model was bought 30+ years ago, and despite having chipped paint, has lasted remarkably well. I even have the original baddie in the ejector seat. I keep it as a treasured memento of my childhood.
However, the good condition of my toy was recently threatened when my four year old son found it, and nagged at me to give it to him. At first I managed to delay him by giving him my old Spy who Loved Me Lotus, which let's be honest is ok, but not a patch on the DB5; before long he was back, calling me a "meanie" for not giving it to him and making me feel very guilty.
The solution to the problem came with the purchase of this re-issue which I have given him instead. It is almost an exact replica of my old one (there are ... Read More:
