The marketing was good and we bought Polarity in 2007. However, in practice it was disappointing. Sadly the rules and gameplay have some irritating ambiguities and conceptual flaws. It all seemed rather pointless and unstimulating. The game has fleeting educational value(demonstrates magnetism). After a couple of initial trials, no-one in my family has shown any enthusiasm for playing this game again.

The First Years Tigger Door Bouncer

My daughter went into this bouncer from about 4 months old and has absolutely loved every minute of it. She is so happy in there, and just laughes the whole time. Also, the Tigger head at the front and tail on back are really cute. She often stays in there for at least half an hour and I am confident that she is safe in there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Vtech : Light-Up Rhyme Gym

I bought this for my daughter when she was a baby, and she loved it from her tiniest days. She looked at everything, loved the music and then kicked and batted it - giggling all the while - when she got a bit bigger.

Even when she learned to walk and had plenty of other distractions, she loved to turn on the gym to hear 'You are my Sunshine' - that's still her favourite song to this day.

I have bought this gym for other babies and all have loved it - I can't recommend it highly enough.

LeapFrog Spiderman - Leapster Software

My son is just 5 and absolutely loves this as does my 7 year old.
It teaches spelling by presenting words spelled wrong and then the child has to find and correct these words.
It was a little difficult at first for my 5 year old i would recommend this for age 6 and over but he did get to grips with it and has spent a long time playing the games.
A must for any spiderman fan

Fisher Price Kid-Tough Digital Camera - Blue

I have just bought the camera for my two year old son.

He loved it, and it was easy for him to use. He took a lots of pictures as soon as he got it. He then ejoyed watching them back on the computer screen, he also learnt very quickly to view them on the LCD Screen using the arrows buttons.

The quality of the pictures is not so bad, if you consider it is just a toy and I do not want print the photos or at least not all of them.

I think it is a perfect toy for two/ tree year old children. You can let them take all the pictures they like without worring they are going to drop the camera and break it.

If I gave my two year old a proper camera, I would be lucky if lasted more than two days, ... Read More:

Car Seat Gallery

I bought a light up mirror that played music for my daughter to look at while riding in the car and she cried all the time. Later I was given this Car Seat Gallery by my sister-in-law who's 4 children all loved it. I put it up in the car and she hasn't cried since. She loves looking at the pictures and I think she actually talks to them sometimes. She has had it since she was 2 mos and even now at 5 months she seems to still enjoy the pictures and doesn't complain/cry while riding in the car.

BRIO 33481 Wooden Railway System: Adventure Tunnel

My girl is 3yrs old and got her Brio train set for Christmas together with Thomas and Molly. The highlight however is this tunnel! All the other kids that visit (as well as my girl) just love it. Can't see the educational value really - just great fun!

VTech Whiz Kid

I have never written a review but had to for this item. I bought it based on the previous reviews for my daughter who is 2 and a half and she plays with it constantly. there are lots of different activities and although at times she struggles with the pens - with parental help she is solving lots of the puzzles and keeps coming back to it to play some more. we have not attached it yet to a computer but even on its own it is fab and so portable that it will be our number one toy for holidays. we also got the dora add on pack which again is brilliant although the puzzles are slighly harder than the standard pack. brilliant item love it!
