I recently bought this for my six-year old son, who greatly enjoys playing 'Bop It'Bop It Extreme 2, another toy which runs along a similar vein. If you're old enough to remember SIMON, an electronic toy from the early 80s, then you'll be pretty familiar with the types of games that this little toy offers. There are six choices of game, which range from an incremental memory challenge (good), a time-based reaction test (also good), a code-breaking game (not so good - the challenge is to find the correct sequence of the six colours in as few attempts as possible), and a multi-player option for up to six players which involves passing the cube when prompted (not so good - it's a bit too simplistic).

Oh MS, why do you tease me! The MSM could have been so good. The precision is good, the buttons feel good when you click them and the colours are great, including the lights. The weight is good too! (empty or not) The scrolling wheel is fantastic!
The bad things.
A)Uncomfortable design. It might not look like it but through the wonders of magic, this mouse is the most uncomfortable mouse I have yet to use. It's not just the size, if you put a Logitech MX1000 (my previous mouse) next to it you will see they are about the same dimensions. Still, this MSM is just horrible. It took me a couple of months to get used to it enough so that it doesn't HURT my hand using it! The buttons are too long, the side buttons/thumb buttons ... Read More:

I've done 3 murder mystery parties in my time and they're always fun if everyone enters into the spirit!
This one has a good balance between having information to relay but it isn't directly scripted. It means that it works well for those with improv skills and without! The actualy storyline is ok - just the usual, really. The one thing you want to watch out for is lots of dodgy innuendo about sausages. Even my most outgoing guest was somewhat shocked! But then perhaps my friends are tame.

This toy/game looked so attractive that I just had to open it and play with it as an early Christmas present to myself.
It's a simple concept (just like the old twenty questions guessing game), where you think of something - anything - and 20Q asks you a question to which you answer 'yes', 'no', 'sometimes' or 'don't know'. After you've answered 20 times he makes his guess, and wins it if is correct. If he's wrong he gets another 5 questions and guesses again.
20Q has a cheeky sense of humour, with comments in between the questions which suggests he's finding this too easy and will always win, and although this adds to the fun and entertainment value, he does actually get it wrong sometimes. But this is a golf-ball sized ... Read More:
