I also purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas to use on her Leappad. According to Amazon it should have worked on her system. Imagine my disappointment as I wrapped her presents two days before Christmas to find that it infact only worked on Leappad plus writing. I had to rush out to Argos to buy one which would work.
Message to Amazon - please review your writeup of this item to avoid further disappointment!

My two year old daughter loves Dora anyway, so we thought this would keep her entertained. And it certainly does. She isn't really one for concentrating on one thing for long, but this will keep her in one place (and amused) for ages, she has grasped how to turn the page and then press the correct button to align the workbook and her spanish is better than mine !!! Plus it's the perfect size for the car, which means I don't have to listen to 'Show me the way to Amarillo' on a continuous loop. Hurrah !! (but she does know that 'Amarillo' is spanish for 'yellow' - and that impresses me no end)
