How many versions of Monopoly are there? Apart from the obvious city based boards, there is a plethora based on a variety of subjects: local regional ones, Star Wars, The Simpsons; football, Disney, Elvis Presley, fishing, and even a DIY version. Added to this list is the one we've been waiting for, so may I introduce to you.....Monopoly:The Beatles Edition.

Having wondered for years whether a set would ever be released, Beatle fans can now get their fix. Frustration

I used to play this game with my grandad, my parents and siblings, now when i dug it out of the the loft i play it with my boyfriend and his family!
This game is fun for everyone. I would definately recommend to all who are not easily frustrated!!

In this game a pool of thirteen cards is exposed one card at a time (with each card showing a short sequence of letters), then the special die is rolled stating where in a word it can and cannot appear, then the timer on the bomb is started. You must then think of a word that (a) contains the letter sequence on the card with no interruptions by other letters (e.g. if the card had the letters 'SAC' then words like 'ransack' or 'sacking' would be acceptable, but not 'stack' because the T interrupts the 'SAC'), (b) obeys the instructions of the die as to where the letters can appear in your chosen word, and (c) doesn't duplicate any words that have already been said in that round - once you have you can then pass the bomb onto the next player. Super Scrabble

'Super Scrabble' is a game that will certainly entertain and challenge you for many, many years to come. The great thing about it being that it is EXACTLY the same game as ordinary Scrabble but with added elements to the game play. What I mean by this is that, with an extra 100 tiles AND the introduction of QUADRUPLE word squares higher scores and longer words are possible. There are now 2Q's, 2Z's, 4 blank tiles and a host more s's which also spices up the ability to get big scores. Scrabble Turntable

Just to say the turntable arrived toady and I can only say that it works perfectly. Perhaps it has been redesigned in view of the poor reviews about it not being big enough for the board. I am delighted to say mine is perfect and makes the game so much easier to play.

Murder a la Carte Mystery Dinner Party Game - The Brie, the Bullet & the Black Cat (10-12 players)

This murder mystery was great fun but I like them all. The game is for 10 players. You can have an additional 2 players but they don't have much to say in the game.

The plot was good but will be familiar to fans of the film Casablanca.
