This is ( in my opinion ) one of the greatest board games ever. It is so enjoyable and it is very educational because you really have to strain your brain if you want to do well. I reccomend this and Monopoly as the two greatest board games.

The game is played like this, somebody has been murdered and each player gets a group of cards and then 3 unknown cards are put in a package in the middle. The aim is to find out what those cards are, they must be a person, a weapon, and the room the murder was commited in. At the players turn he/she rolls the dice and then can go into one of the rooms, they can then say, for example 'I suspect colonel mustard, in the drawing room, with the candle stick', the room they say must be the room they ... our daughter is 2 years old and just loves this game. As soon as she hears the animal sound on the tape she is the first to put her counter onto the correct picture or tell you that you have it! She can tell the difference between a pheasant and geese, a wolf and a hyena and more. It's a fabulous game and great value for money, we bought it for our first child (now 15 yrs!)our son played it and now our youngest daughter.

our daughter is 2 years old and just loves this game. As soon as she hears the animal sound on the tape she is the first to put her counter onto the correct picture or tell you that you have it! She can tell the difference between a pheasant and geese, a wolf and a hyena and more. It's a fabulous game and great value for money, we bought it for our first child (now 15 yrs!)our son played it and now our youngest daughter.

My 3 year old loves this; the arbitrary nature of who wins or loses depending on whether the spinner says it's raining or sunny is good fun too. My five year old finds it harder to accept a rainy outcome when she's nearly at the top of the spout - but it does teach following the rules which is an important skill. Glad we bought it, both children get very excited about playing it.

Bedlam Cube - Retro

Its now almost a month since i started playing with this puzzle and as yet have not completed it. After seeing it on Dragons Den i was completely intrigued and being a fan of the old rubiks cube i thought this would be something I could master pretty quickly. How wrong could i be!

My first plan of attack was to carefully lift the puzzle out of the box and study it to see if i could memorise where some of the blocks had to go. This was fine until my 4 year old decided to 'help'. Since then i have tried all different ways but I always seem to be just one piece away from succes.

I would reccommend this puzzle to anyone who has a little patience .
