The dinosaurs are not very well moulded or painted. When we lifted the lid there was an overpowering smell of organic volatile solvents and we decided that it would be unsafe to give them to our children. Fortunately they were going to be stocking fillers so when did not have to face any tantrums by not allowing the kids to have them. We suspect the CE mark means very little with these. The farm animal tub was only marginally better.

I bought this mobile to occupy my daughter at bedtimes (and hopefully aid in getting her to sleep)!!! Each and every time she is placed under the mobile she gets so excited and can't decide which toy to focus on...there is so much going on on the mobile it is great! She generally excites herself so much she had nodded off in 5 minutes of putting it on. As the classical music is playing for 15 minutes, there is no need to keep winding it up (as with other mobiles) and this has the added benefit of being battery operated.

Overall, I would highly recommend this - it is amazing!

Have bought this for my sons 4th birthday - he loves his train set ... which is mostly ikea and tesco track. Bought this for the quality factor and thought the price wasn't bad for brio.
It is compatible with the lkea and tesco tracks which is good ... my only worry is the fact the tracks have white designs all over them .. which may be a problem for his lordship.
REVISED >>>>>>>>

Well - he managed to break one !!!! cant beleive it - these are the expensive ones .. not a durable as i thought ... as easily broken as the tesco ones..... will stick to the ikea ones - unbreakable !!!

Have bought this for my sons 4th birthday - he loves his train set ... which is mostly ikea and tesco track. Bought this for the quality factor and thought the price wasn't bad for brio.
It is compatible with the lkea and tesco tracks which is good ... my only worry is the fact the tracks have white designs all over them .. which may be a problem for his lordship.
