We bought this playhouse for children visiting the doctor's surgery. Assembly is quite straighforward by following the detailed instructions. All parts are plastic and the only tool required is a coin to tighten the large plastic screws that hold it all together.

The children love the house! So much so that parents often find it difficult to get them to leave the house when it is time to see the doctor! We decided to add some accessories from the local toy shop, while avoiding any very small parts as a safety issue with young children.

We can't comment on the house weatherproofing as we have it set up in the waiting area indoors, but it is tough enough to withstand the onslaught of lots of different children and I expect ... Read More:
