My boyfriend was bought this as a present when he changed career to train as a doctor. We thought it was a pretty funny joke gift but that was all - didn't expect it would be fun to actually play as adults. How wrong we were! It was brought out one evening over Christmas (after we'd had a few sherries!) and proved to be hilarious. Try keeping your hand still after you've had a few and you'll see what I mean! It brought out the competitive nature of some of the guys in the room too, who couldn't help getting frustrated with their inability to use tweezers (women have an advantage here!) and mocking each other for repeatedly setting off the buzzer. Lamaze - Moose

A friend from the states sent one of these for my son and it has been part of the go everywhere kit since then. The moose will hang from an infant carrier in the car or from a baby gym. This toy has so many diffent bits and pieces it keeps my son enteretained for hours. All four feet have sounds (bells,rattle,scrunch), if you squeeze him he squeaks, there are scrunchie ears and scarf and lots of different materials to touch. My son loves to chew the feet or the tail rings - it's like having a toy box in one toy. This would make a great gift to give a friend or just to amuse your own little deer!

I am another person who remembered having lots of fun with this as a kid.
Bought one for my 4 year old who had a great time moving the pieces, putting arms for noses etc for about 3 days. Since then he has hardly touched it and I can't remember why I have such fond memories either.
Maybe, compared with current toys, its scope is a bit limited. I understand there are add-ons which would increase the permutations but, still, it seems a bit repetitive.
