This is a brilliant, challenging game for children over the age of 6. The cards are well thought out, increasing in difficulty gradually, so children's understanding of the game is developed before they tackle the more challenging cards. My children of 7 and 9 (boy and girl) both love it (as do both parents) and it's a great compact toy to take out to amuse them whilst waiting in a restaurant. Highly recommended.

Folding Cribbage Board

This is an excellent little crib board. Ok it doesn't come with delicately finished brass pegs and 2 packs of cards, but what do you expect for £4? What you do get is a well made board with metal pegs and a summary of the game rules. Crib is a great game for teaching numeracy and the board is an integral part of it.

Well worth the tiny outlay.

I had searched a number of websites for Cribbage game, and to be honest, wasn't entirely impressed by the appearance of this game on Amazon, but due to the suitability of the price, I purchased it.
I was so impressed when it arrived - what looked like fake wood on my PC screen was in fact a lovely wooden board made perfectly to house the cards and pegs. I had bought it as a gift for my husband so was especially pleased that for the price, I felt I'd found a quality bargain. Thank you.

Incidentally, the instructions were clear and simple - it only took a few rounds to practice and then we were off!
I fully recommend this for older children and adults alike - it's fun and it's fast.

Not only are you watching your opponent, you are also watching how you can win the "connect 4 in a row" game first. Really makes you think. Ideal game for travel, home etc. Can get quite competetive. Watch out. Ideal family game for two players. Parts quite small, careful. Great fun!

We got this as a standby for a holiday in case it was wet. We ended up playing it quite a bit. Ok, it's a little bit flimsy but it's not that bad and nothing has broken off.

Some of the parts are a bit difficult to assemble when you put it together but no real problem.

As a game it is quite good fun and it's often impossible to tell who will win until the last few moves. The children enjoyed it - which is the acid test.

Cheap fun!

the cards name enogh is good enough for a prepubesnet titter, do not let you emagination run riot there are no farting cards!!! as for the game itself it is one of the more gentile pastimes by defeating and crushing your best freind called larry ha ha Larry you lose. oh well if by some mirical this reveiw get pub;lished i hope you all enjoye it i am also reviwnig some book and the alcamists dar if you want a good laugh.
