THIS IS GREAT - HE SINGS, DANCES AND BOUNCES! THIS TOY IS DEFINATELY VERY NOVEL AND IS QUITE EXCITING TO BOTH CHILDREN AND PARENTS. UNFORTUNATELY, HE CAN BECOME QUITE TEDIUS AFTER A WHILE AND, AFTER THE NOVELTY WEARS OFF, HE MAY BE LEFT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TOY BOX TO BE RE-DISCOVERED AT A LATER DATE.

ALTHOUGH HE IS OF LITTLE EDUCATIONAL VALUE, HE IS A GREAT PRESENT FOR A NIECE/NEPHEW AND WILL DEFINATELY WIN THEM OVER -FOR A FEW HOURS AT LEAST!

Thunderbirds Talking Virgil (38cm)

Both of my sons love the Thunderbirds, and Talking Virgil is a hero in our home. Our four year old unwrapped all of Christmas presents last year in a desperate hurry to find Virgil! He was of course an extremely satisfied child as he can play for hours having adventures with his hero.
Educationaly its all imaginative play, and if you can dress up as a pilot yourself then two of you can have an adventure together, rescuing all and sundry around the home from the most terrifying accidents. Perhaps because he has had so many adventures, he had an accident himself and his head fell off. He was glued back together, but has now got to be more carefull when abseiling down the kitchen walls! Teletubbies - Play & Learn Po

I bought this for my son's first birthday and he loved it! The voice is realistic, the song is a bit of fun and the toy is very soft and cuddly. He instantly recognised it (promptly fetching me his Teletubby video) and likes to carry it wherever he goes. Po's antenna is a perfect carry handle! Po is very durable and is just right for cheering him up when he falls over! I don't know that I would have said it was educational, but at 12 months he isn't old enought to understand the words yet. I look forward to teaching him the actions in the near future. A good all round toy.
