Halo 2 (Xbox Classics)

Just recently, I bought an Xbox that came with seven games (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars Battlefront, James Bond: Everything or Nothing and Halo). They were all great games, but the game that really caught my eye was Halo. It was just a standard FPS (First Person Shooter), but there was something about it that was just amazing. Whether it was the great storyline, the great graphics, the great gameplay, I know not, but it was by far the best game I had ever played.

After completing it, I wanted more. Realising that there was a Halo 2 AND a Halo 3, I set out to get No. 2 (I'm getting an Xbox 360 for Christmas ... Read More:

An instant classic, A real journey, Genuine, Pure, Beauty. Gaming dosent get much better than this, Fable: The Lost Chapters proves that British manufactures can keep the standards sky high, higher then most Japanese and American Brands. Multiple weapons, clothing/armour, items, environments... Some of the most mesmerizing environments you'll see on xbox or gaming in general, Hauntingly lush forests, tranquil gardens, heavenly demon door rooms, and a dead on weather system to stun and impress, making the areas somewhat more believable. Crash 4 is a very good game for all ages. It has quite good graphics, fast gameplay, funny storyline and ranges of different types of leves such as the hamster ball, bosses and normal levels. It loses a star in it's easiness but then get's it back in it's power to get people to play on the same level over and over again so i give it 5 stars as would of the Xbox People after all they have made it a classic.

This game is a mixture of just about everything a game can offer, with driving missions or plain out shooter this is a truly great game.
The graphics are O.K, they are not the beat graphics ever but the yare pretty good. The only bad thing is the choice of wepons, there's not a great choice. But James Bond uses what he finds.
All in all this game is great and i would reccomend it to anyone who likes an action packed shooter. (when i say anyone i mean obove the age limmit.)

This game is just superb. i could finish the review right there and hope that people would just go out and experience all the small things that make the game wonderful for themselves. when i first bought this game i knew i was in for a treat as rockstars GTA series hardly ever puts a foot wrong. the fact you can customise your character by buying different clothes, trying out different haircuts, eating and working out just shows a very small bit of the variety of this game.

There are many a missions for you to have a go at and the difficulty is just about right. i finished the game a little while ago and can still go back and play it for hours. one of the best improvements since vice city is the much bigger variety of bikes, cars, planes and ... Read More:

Halo 2 is a very concise, well designed game. The story follows on very well from the original Halo to the extent that cutscenes, dialogue and plot twists are one of the most captivating parts of the game. The gameplay has been altered and upgraded slightly, dual wielding is now an option and certain aspects of the shield recharge/health and other spartan features have been tweaked or changed. The game is also Xbox live compatible with great multiplayer.
Halo 2 is a very good follow up to Halo: Combat Evolved. If you've yet to play this game and enjoy first person shooters then it's worth playing and it would be a good idea to catch up on the plot before Halo 3.

What a game!! The attention to detail is absolutely amazing and the whole experience engrossing. The difficulty level as you progress through the game is pitched just right but it is in the multiplayer modes where the game comes into its own. There is nothing better than returning a howitzer of a serve with a fantastic passing shot and belive me when I say that the whole range of shots are in this game. Such is its depth that you will still be discovering shots you didn't know you could play months later.The only thing missing is Cliff Richard singing, although we should be thankful really.This is without any doubt the best sports title available on any format and one every gamer should have in their collection. Game, Set and Match to Top Spin..

The Chronicles of Riddick - Escape from Butcher Bay (Xbox Classics)

this has to be one of my favourite games on the Xbox, im a big fan of the film(s) anyway but dont worry if you didnt like the plot in the chronicles of riddick film, this is a different story. as the title suggest, your in butcher bay, a notorious prison that no one could possibly escape from? it really is quite a brilliant game in every way, the graphics are beautiful and the prison is incredably dirty and dingy and quite discusting... its great, no shiny boring metalic walls here, everything is covered in unique graffiti. the gameplay is also amazing, admitidly, the controls seem a bit slow and sluggish at first but after a while, you'l realise that they are perfect. the sound is also a high point in this great game, inmates and guards chatter amongst themselves ... Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (Xbox Classics)

Many people will be aware of how many spin offs of star wars games there were on the old consoles. Most of them glitchy and full of gameplay plot holes. But this makes up for all of it.

Character creation at the beginning is very limited but from that point onwards this game is pure gold. You have the ability to choose whether to be good or evil but there are so many options of choice that you can literally end up annoying or even killing almost everyone in the missions.

The levelling up system is simply the point system where you get to customise how your character gets better and not only that but the Jedi characters get some great force abilities that even involve choking your enemies to death (Mwahaha!!) and the equipment can be equipped ... Read More:
