Although I enjoy doing the puzzles, there are certain aspects of the games that render them pointless. The prog does not recognise writing consistently, (4 and 9 are often mistaken for each other), speed counting and reading are pointless exercises and you could be talking gobbledygook and it would still give you a score. It often does not recognise speech, shouting sometimes helps, but I do feel very frustrated when I have spent the time doing the games just to be sent down to the bottom of the graph because of software failure.

Bought this my wife and from the day she opened it up....SILENCE !!!! except for the tapping of the stylus,but I can put up with that..looking for some more games now !!!!

I am a new ds owner. My son bought me one for my birthday and, being a pensioner, I was sceptical but went along with it. I tried a couple of training games but then I ordered this one! WOW! I can't stop playing it. Have had it a couple of months now and play almost every day. When I'm not playing it I look forward to a moment to get stuck into it again. I love all the games and particularly enjoy playing 'human' opponents via the wireless connection. Would not be without it and I get quite upset when my grandchildren want to have a go!!!!

This was the first game I bought for my DS, after seeing the ads and half-believing the hype. It explained how to use the game clearly, without talking down to you and making you feel like a small child. I must point out that it is only suitable for 20+ year old, despite the classification on the front. This is because it helps to train faculties that only start to decline at 20. It was engaging, had a good variety of tasks, and was different enough each day that I wanted to use it each day. If you're thinking that it sounds too good to be true, I do have one criticism. I think mario kart is one of the best games ever. It's got great graphics and characters including Mario,Lugi,Peach and Yoshi. There are many courses-my favourite is Choco Mountain. I rate Mario Kart to all ages.

Like one of the other reviewers I saw on Dec 19th that this was in stock and available for next day delivery. I placed the order literally within seconds. Needless to say I now know the item was not really in stock - I got emails telling me it would be delivered before Dec 24th and then just before Xmas a message saying the supplier had let Amazon down and it would be arriving sometime in February. Lesson learnt Amazon - with no route to complain about an order placed when there was stock (I checked after placing the order and it was still showing as available) customers are forced to leave product feedback.

My daughter Chloe says "I would recommend this DS to anyone thinking of buying one. I have had mine for about 1 year now and have had loads of fun with it. There are educational games available for it too. I have lots of games that i like to play. I play on it all the time. "

Action Replay took a long time to set up and didnt have clear instuctions.
I downloaded some codes for Animal Crossing Wild World and began to play. when i shrank down my morgage aaaaaaaand paid it of i suddenly realised what id done. I was a cheat and i hated myself. If you have ordered this product its never to late to cancel.If you are about to order stop and think do you want to be a cheat ? From now on i will play every game by its rule and never use action replay again.If you have used this product and dont feel bad about yourself the you are not a nice person.
P.s I will pay of my morgage but give the money to my friends who have never cheated.
