This is my fave game EVER on the xbox! and one of the few that i have played right to the end. I love the aspect of being 'good' or 'evil' and how your character can change in looks depending on which side they are on!. The adventure part of the game is great some interesting puzzles, lots of choice to make, lots of gameplay. The graphics are pretty good and for the hard core star wars fan (which im not i'm afriad) there are some recognisable aliens and such like. I can honestly say i enjoyed every minute of playing this! and if you like this game you have the second KOTOR to have a go at too.
Even if you don't like Star Wars this is a great game in its own right! so which side are you going to be on.....?

this game is brilliant it lets you do nearly anything you want inluding choice of whether you a bisexual homosexual or heterosexual you can also be a transvestite if thats what takes your fancy the good and evil meter is brilliant if you kill lots of villagers then people fear you keep up this lifestyle and youll grow horns and lose your hair help villagers however and do good deeds and you willl be good people will fall in love with you on sight if you fill your good meter then you will get a halo and butterflies will futter around you which is kind of gay but it looks beautiful in the game one problem with the game is that the level of character customization could include choosing gender but i suppose that would not fit in with the game there are ... The opening narrative, complete with brilliantly illustrated storyboard sets the scene perfectly for what is easily one of the best games to be released on the Xbox.
A compelling plot with more twists and turns than a helter-skelter will keep you glued to your buttocks, given flavour by the well written NPC's. Some will annoy you, this is certain. But when this occurs, you could simply take their head off with an axe if it suits you.
The graphics are pretty, the load times are not too long and the controls are easy to master. Oh, and the graphics are pretty, VERY pretty! (So much so that I have now said this three times!).
What keeps me playing games is the feeling of being able to free-roam, to do what quests I choose, to have my ... Read More:

This game is pretty good. The graphics are good, the gameplay is smooth and the weapons are cool. It follows 4 elite clone troopers and follows the storyline vaguely. The HUDs are very cool. The screen is as if you are seeing out of the visors and if you get shot a lot your visor cracks or if you kill an enemy at close range, blood splats against the visor. This then gets cleared by a white line that comes across the screen. This game is pretty good. If i had played on it before at a friends house i would have got it. Get this if you like star wars.

I had dabbled a bit with this on the PC but couldn't get on with it so got it on the Xbox, the controls are much better, similar to most FPSs and Arx Fatalis,I'm not going to review the game it's like Marmite, you'll either love it or not.I'm just going to point out a couple of things,The Xbox version ships with a map, upon opening the case and seeing the map my brother, who'd finished the PC version a couple of times, was a bit envious.
Graphically it's similar to running the PC version on low-mid settings, with less pop-up.The only thing that's worse is the brightness, there's no option to change gamma/brightness and some of the interior sections are just a wall of black unless you use a torch/lantern or some spell or magical item, upon investigation this was partly due to ... Many people will be aware of how many spin offs of star wars games there were on the old consoles. Most of them glitchy and full of gameplay plot holes. But this makes up for all of it.
Character creation at the beginning is very limited but from that point onwards this game is pure gold. You have the ability to choose whether to be good or evil but there are so many options of choice that you can literally end up annoying or even killing almost everyone in the missions.
The levelling up system is simply the point system where you get to customise how your character gets better and not only that but the Jedi characters get some great force abilities that even involve choking your enemies to death (Mwahaha!!) and the equipment can be equipped literally ... When I first picked up this game a few years back, I was very impressed with the graphics as well as the gameplay. Though the game does suffer from some framerate issues, the graphics are plush, colourful, and really do well portraying the carribean setting.
The story is engaging and supported well with side missions involving assassination, trading, escorting merchants and (of course) piracy. The gameplay is mostly enjoyable but running around the jungles of the various islands looking for secret treasure can get a little boring after a while.
The real fun is to be had on the high seas! The player can choose to ignore the story completely if they so wish, living the life of a freedom-loving pirate or a profit-hungry merchant in a plush and beautiful sandbox ... Read More:

One day the Halfling hobbits will rule the Earth. I mean, think about it. They are awfully smart, too intelligent for their own good. They can see and hear things a mile away. And they can go invisible before your eyes.
Or at least Bilbo Baggins can. And in the Hobbit you can step into the shoes of the Burglar...Or at least if those little Hobbits had to wear shoes on their leathery soles of theirs. Go around with the Ring, a walking stick and Sting the elvish blade. Such equipment will become you best friends as you travel from the lands of the Hobbits to the Lonely Mountain of Smaug the Dragon.
You will meet Gollum below the Misty Mountains, defend yourself from Giant Spiders and the servants of the Necromancer in Mirkwood, face wolves and a small variety of monsters ... Read More:

You'll find this under a fiver in a lot of game shops bargain bins (and as a used item here) and in terms of value, that is excellent.
This is a huge, immersive, atmospheric and very playable FPS. You'll keep cpming back again to again to its massive levels with a psychotic and determined gleam in your eye. In fact, you'll have to keep coming back again and again, as the most frustrating aspect of this is the lack of humane 'save' features. You may be inches from end of level victory, take a bullet in your broad manly chest, and then it's back to the start. But this did not desrve the critical panning rceeived. Doom 3 allowed me save wherever I was, but I'm enjoying Turok more.
