Well I was warned in advance, so I guess I should have been prepared but the addictiveness of this game is unbelievable. My son and I share an account so we get some respite when the other one is playing!!!

I get what one of the other reviewers was saying about the customisability of the characters, I'm a Sims 2 player so not being able to change face types beyond 10 or basic shapes etc is a bit of a disappointment, although I'm sure there's a valid bandwidth/game play reason!! I love this game though, the landscapes are amazing, the game play is fun, my sons groups up and kills everything in sight, I prefer to solo and quest, there are several ways to play the game so it has a very broad appeal, but buy it at your peril, you ... If you like the original WoW then this expansion pack is well worth getting. I loved the original game (actually bought for my son but we both play now) and played it for a good year before getting the Burning Crusade - and the BC does add a completely different flavour to the game - two new races and zones, cities, quests, new lvl 70, - too much to mention - I found my race in the Draenei.

Once you install the game, it integrates seamlessly with the original Wow, all that is different is you have the new zones in the world map and the two new races to pick from. The game play is exactly the same as before - well worth the money.

Well, like first popular franchise with pointless 'expansion' packs, to next actually good idea to, oh next pointless franchise with 'expansion' packs, in record time.

This kind of rubbish is why people play halo, and that's just as bad.

Spore Creature Creator (Mac/PC DVD)

If you have two PCs and want to make creatures on both you'll need this.
It's a real hassle to install Spore twice, so get spore on one PC, this on the other. Use a USB flash drive to port 'em from one to the other.

I bought this pack just after the Lich King expansion pack (which I haven't needed yet) came out. I have thoroughly enjoyed levelling up my characters and exploring the game world as I learned my way about and how to play to a reasonable standard.

There is no doubt that the game maps are huge and it does take some time getting about. This is offset by the fun level of the travelling - flying over different maps on a gryphon or hippogriff can be very entertaining and WOW even has different skies and weather according to the time of day! In addition some of the quests can be quite amazing - the one where you kill Tethyr in Theramore is quite different from most of the questing within the game and great fun.

I have an imac 3.06 running with 4G ram and a Nvidia 8800 GS graphics card. COD 4 played superbly without a glitch or hitch on the top graphics settings. The game was basically a pleasure to play. The plot is worryingly plausible and the tactics and scene scenarios and overall feeling of good value for money leave you feeling completely satisfied with your purchase. Turn up the volume loud, pop a nice tin of beer {or pour a coffee if it's too early} and commence saving the world all from the comfort of your computer screen. Always make sure you charge/reload your magazine during pauses in the action because the enemy in COD4 is quite a lot more cunning than any of the MOA or earlier Call of Duty games. or 4... At least I think that's how long I spent playing Diablo II in every spare moment I could find, I'm not sure, I kinda lost track of time for a bit.

The concept behind making Diablo II so popular is ridiculously simple. Make an engine that can generate nearly infinite numbers of uniquely different magical items and people will play until the end of time trying to obtain a sword or a suit of armour that's just that little bit better than what you already have.

The stories and cut scenes that drive the game forward and link the various Acts are superbly done and contribute in some way to dispelling the "nothing but a clickfest" label that the Diablo games have been cast as.

ive been playing Diablo for years but the Expansion (especially on patch 1.11b) is incredible. It blows your mind away. With the two new character classes-druid and assassin- and hundreds of new items, this addictive game is a great play and can keep you going for hours.

Have played this game for hours on end. Not a big fan of the storyline gameplay but really enjoy the online gameplay. With thousands of players online at any time - there's always someone to play with in your skill level. Sometimes do find problems with getting into gameplay online (maybe internet problems of other players) but nothing serious. At times though, gameplay can get a bit tedious with certain qualities of civilizations (i.e. wall building, super powered special team fighters, etc.)

If you enjoy online gameplay, building civilizations, and fighting with them - this game is for you. Would definitely recommend it to anyone without a doubt.

I must say that this is one of the most fun and addictive games I've played in a long time. The graphics are bright and clear and the four variations of the game provided on the CD are fun to play (although I see no difference between the Classic and Endless versions). The animations between levels are cool and slick and the background photographs are superb.

The game could get boring after a while because there is no variation in the number and colours of gems available as you go up the levels and there doesn't seem to be any increase in the game's challenge level.
