With a 5 year old son I am still struggling with adulthood and cannot resist the urge to have a play with my Wii on a far too regular basis. Lego Star Wars and now, Lego Indiana Jones, gives me a great excuse to spend quality time with my son and still be a kid with computer games ... fantastic! There are those who scorn children with computer games and yes, it should be limited. HOWEVER my son is now far more dextrous and solves puzzles and loves to read and build lego as a result of our "Wednesday Wii" afternoons.

The gameplay is nice and simple to understand and the team play works so well (there are puzzles where one person has to be in one place and the other player has to pull a lever at the same time in order to progress). ... Read More:

This is money well spent!

If you liked Lego Star Wars 1 & 2 then this is for you! Buy it! Play it! Keep playing it! By Christmas you still want to play it!

You can't go wrong on a game that really does not end and on the PS2 it is superb. I was going to get a PS3 but if this is the quality still being produced in sound, graphic and game play long live the PS2!!!

Creating your own Lego game characters is great as well. I made Mutt from the new film so I can have father and son running around with whips and guns. It is so good it even looks like him! To adda British cultural twist I made a David Tennent Doctor Lego character armed with a book to help solve the puzzles! Its that good and impressive!

Guitar Hero III: Legends Of Rock with Wireless Guitar Controller (Wii)

I don't know what the reviewers who say this game is in nono are talking about. It says Pro Logic II on the box and thats exactly what the game is. You can't miss it especially whan you go into power up mode on the career option.
Fantastic game that keeps me playing for hours.

My mum got this game and I had a bit of a play on it. I have to say I will be getting myself a copy very soon. It's addicitve, entertaining and for a DS game has good graphics. The music is nice to listen to as well. A well deserved five stars.

from the second i first heard about this game a few months back i was interested, my inner childexited about recreating that indy magic.its not abad game,as such, it looks pretty and is sort of fun to play, and i am a hude fan on how the second player can dip in and out at any point in the campain, a feature sadly lacking in many games. also as i am in fairly early stages of the game it is great playing thorough the indy movies that weve all senn countless times. some how this game just aint that great i just cant seem to enjoy playing a game in which when you die you re-spawn exactly where you died, this seems to take away the feeling of risk and suspence which i must admit is quite an achivment. this game is yes, aimed at children, soom adults may enjoy it but to me it just ... Much like Star Wars this game is fun to play without being taxing. It must always be remembered that it is a kids game and my kids love it to bits. Hanging from ledges, running from boulders and beating baddies.

No online play so it lost a star.

Money well spent, now bring on Batman.

As an owner of a PS3 and PSP, there were a few games I've been waiting for anxiously this year - GTA IV, MGS4 and strangely enough, Lego Indiana Jones.

Fortunately this has been released just in time for the summer and Big Brother. It means er indoors is happy watching the antics of a load of celeb wannabees, where as I can slip on my headphones and enjoy this baby.

So, first things first, you probably know by now it's a "sequel" to the Lego Star Wars game(s) and pretty much follows the same mould. There are 18 levels, 6 for each of the 3 original films (Raiders, Temple of Doom and Last Crusade) and each follows the story, interspersed with some quite funny videos to move things along from one bit to the next.

Great game but beset with technical problems. Basically I can install the game and play it once as soon as I have installed it, but after that point pretty much every time I launch the game, either by using the start command on the disk launcher window or the desktop shortcut, I am presented with a black screen. This is not quite the same as a blank screen because the input light is on and there is computer activity, but the screen itself is just black. No combination of keys will bring me back to my desktop, so I have to do a manual reset to reboot the computer. My first suspicion was that there was a problem with my Logitech Dual Action gamepad. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Game of the Year Edition) (PS3)

yo i have always been a little sceptic about call of duty ganmes but this is one of the best games i have ever played. Not much more to say really but it really is better on the ps3 version as it has better gameplay, increased graffics (than xbox and pc version) and has better control layout. Go ps3 and roll on cod world at war. I can't wait. :) lol

Bit of a belated review of a game I've owned since day 1 of its release. So lets get down to it?

Medal of Honor is a notoriously linear game. Call of Duty is a notoriously linear game. Indeed 90% of FPS these days are still veritable "rail gun" games featuring:

You.
Objective.
One approach.

That gets a bit old, very quickly. Medal Of Honor tried to spruce it up with their Airborne, but once you're past the initial parachute drop it's as linear as they come. Call Of Duty4 meanwhile sticks with the tried and tested formula. However they introduce superior set piece sequences, almost movie style scripted combat and a pretty solid plot line (decent characterisation, interesting comrades in arms etc).
