Spider-Man 2: The Movie (PS2)

I agree with the very positive reviews from Amazon users here. The game is complex, well though out, loads of fun (the New Yorker passers by who holler out abuse or cheer Spidey on are very entertaining), the gameplay lets you actually feel like SPider-Man without being too hard, it's true to the spirit of the comics and the film, the levels aren't too restrictive or too unfocussed, and in all in all, I'm very happy-real value for money.

I`ll be honest, I thought the game was a bit of a let down.

Graphics are great!, Sound is spooky and your opponents can really set your toe nails on fire. Yes, it did in fact give me a kick.

But it gets ever so repetitive. imho, this game lives from the tension built up by the environments, but the story leaves me cold.

Sorry. But I actually got bored. There are other games, which engage you in a way to make you feel for your protagonist. Games with a story that rouses more than just adrenaline.

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars (PS3)

Single player game is non-existent. It is so annoying that PS game titles that once had such good single player campaigm modes (quake and unreal)now don't! I think games should make it very clear in the title/box of the game if there is no online play. Dissoppointing ... I would much rather play Quake 2 on my PS1.

World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets (Xbox 360)

If you are a fan of poker or the other WSOP games then this is a nice little buy. Bought it, loved it, play it quite a bit. But like the other games in the series the single player mode it very boring. Stick to the good online play and you'll find that your poker skills and confidence in the game will come on leaps and bounds! If you are seriously considering a poker game then this is the one to go for.

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith with Wireless Controller (PS3)

If you are an Aerosmith fan then I am sure this will be a must have, but beware. The song list is relatively short (31 songs in main game, 41 songs including all bonuses) and as a result you can finish the whole game very quickly. Gameplay remains more or less unchanged from Guitar Hero III. It's still great for a fan to be able to play Sweet Emotion or Back in The Saddle but for those less keen on Aerosmith songs then it's probably best avoided.

As the title say's it's a great game.. Loads of missions to complete to see whether you're a hardcore or career skater.. Loads of unlockables too.. I got this game for Christmas and it's not been out of my DS at all..

I have only had this game since 15th of March, and already i can tell you that this is one hell of a game.

Graphics wise EVERYTHING, from buildings, snow, gun design and characters look so amazing, even at low specs. If you zoom into walls, you can see very fine textures. wrinkles, and facial hair can be seen clearly.

Gameplay wise, so far it seems pretty long. Many tactics can be used here. Enemies frequently use grenades which is very realistic, and even on the 2nd difficulty, it is still a challenge. In this game, theres no such thing as 'running and gunning,' not only will you look like a fool out there, but you will get taken pretty easily. Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike (GameCube)

I bought the game as i thought it looked pretty good and other rogue squadron games were ok but this is a serious dissapointment and a let down to Star Wars, the gameplay is terrible the flying is terrible and the voiceovers get really annoying. Take your time in choosing a star wars game there are many good ones out there.

Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast (PC CD)

This is, to put it quite simply, the best Star Wars game ever made. Once you get the lightsaber, all of the other weapons seem useless in comparison - which is exactly how a Star Wars game should be. The force abilities that are available are perfectly balanced - they don't make the character seem overpowered, but they still make him a jedi killing machine. The storyline is also excellent, with good voice acting (including Billy Dee Williams).
