the new Xbox action replay is awesome! for my birthday last week i got an Xbox! I only had ONE game and it sucked (golf game)! but with my Xbox and sucky game i got the action replay! at first i didn't get it, but all my freinds had it tooo! now my freinds could send me THIERsaved games on my computer. i still only have only one game, a crappy golf game, but also have the action replay with all cheats and now i play my friends games without even having to get the game! action replay is a CHEEP way to have awsome Xbox fun (that is if your friends have action replay too)!

... but that is the only attraction of this card. You see: yes, you can store all of your game saves on on little card, but it really isn't worth it. Why?
Because the card is horrendously slow. You may want to have some extra space but the difference in saving & loading times is phenomenal, leave alone noticable. A game that should take 4 seconds to save on the standard 8MB Sony Memory Card, may easily take 20 seconds to save with this one. Basically, this card is the definition of quantity over quality, and it's up to you which is most important. Personally, I would recommend forking out the extra money and buying the four seperate Sony 8MB memory cards- the time saved on loading Pro Evolution Soccer replays alone could be spent working ... Datel FreeLoader (GameCube/Wii)

Works well until you upgrade the WII to the latest version of the firmware (version 3.0) when this version of freeloader will not work. BE WARNED
Apart from this, I have had NO problems with this on my WII running an NTSC version of Animal Crossing, it was worked 100% of the time.

Datel seems to have intentionally crippled the manual code input feature, it was a lot of fun to see some of the unexpected effects of codes you entered yourself. Now you're stuck with what they decide to provide you with (if anything).

Consider that previous versions allowed additions of codes and you'll see that you're paying exactly the same money for a product that Datel has devalued.

Seriously think about it before purchasing this device.

it does what i want it to do i have however encounterd one problem it corrupted a data file thankfully it wasnt a important one (it was from a game i no longer play) but none the less still fustrating what i do like about this is the fact that you can update it all the time! so when new games come out hey presto you have the new codes its fantastic in that respect but you have to enter all the code sometimes 6 lines of it! but it works for me

This is good, if you know how to use it.

Just get a game save from GameFaq, then backup your old save then send the downloaded save on your DS cartage. Easy, and for example; Animal Crossing is the perfect game to demonstrate the usage of this product. Get the Map Editor, back up your save duplicate it then edit it using the ME. Transfer it back in, walla! A perfect save. Good product, if you know how to use it.
