Eurgh, this game disgusted me.
I didn't buy it, my brother did cos he loves the films, but we both think the A.I. in this game is terrible, and it sounds and looks too much like medal of honor.

Yes, there are scenes where it's from the film etc, but the graphics aren't even great.

I've never really liked EA either, the A.I. has always been crap and a bit dissapointing - and also when you're trying to kill an enemy, it locks onto someone else you don't want and may sometimes not even attack.

Wasn't worth a buy - maybe for my brother, but I thought it was crap.
Bleh - 2 stars.

The Sims 2 (PS2)

Well the Sims 2 for PS2 was never going to be a brilliant game when it was missing some vital things the PC game had for example you cant age,die (unless of course you get an electric shock from the DJ Booth)have a two storie house, have kids and there arnt enough Sims to make friends with. It takes cheats to make it fun even though i am usually able to play PS2 without cheats. It just isnt fun for long enough. so once you have finished the game and unlocked all the clothes, recipies, objects and locations its just boring! If you want to buy a game that you will complete in less than 2 weeks and will be thrown on a shelf in you room until you forget how to complete it and finish it again until you go threw it all again then i would advise you ... Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (Nintendo DS)

This was one of the first games i bought for me on the ds, and i have mixed feelings about it. Personally, i like the graphics, the lessons are fun to do, and you get to do OWL's in them, which makes you feel you're learning something. I aso liked how the touch screen was used to cast spells and how both screen and mic were used in the lessons. I also liked the fights because you had to be stratigic, especially when harry fights the death eaters!

HOWEVER, this game has a lot of faults. For starters, what's with the grating sound? I've heard better mobile phone ringtones! Medal of Honor: Frontline (PS2)

Oh man this game gives me such a buzz!! It truely is the best game I've ever played. It takes the user right into the thick of 100% pure WWII action. The music is brilliant, the levels are brilliant (with our hero negotiating some of WWII's most notorious battles - D-Day, Market Garden, Nijmegen etc.) and it just makes you wish you were there as part of it all. Some have accused this game of being too linear but the sheer excitement of the gameplay and the plots within the levels (along with the excellently designed UI) more than make up for this.
It's not hard to see why it's one of the best selling computer games of all time.
I've played it waaaaay too much!

Battlefield 2142 (PC DVD)

Hmmm...where do i start...basically battlefield 2142 is just a more hi-tech and gadgety version of Battlefield 2. It's the upgrades and unlocks that i thought would make the game good... the high-tech gadgets. But...you can only get these if play online and if your a regular single player like i am i suggest you really think twice about 2142. With only 5 maps and NO GRENADES it's tedious about 3 days later.

However, cons aside, 2142 does offer the fun of Battlefield 2 with the added fun of the walker (stompy stompy) and the gunship things and is genarally a great shoot'em up kinda game!!

Burnout: Revenge (Xbox 360)

such a thrill playing this with the music up loud and you've had a few to meny coffees screaming at the screen for more speed.

then,

suddenly you crash, and all goes quiet, you relaxe for a couple of seconds before your back to full speed and do it all over again

it just thrills like no other game realy,

just a shame there is no time trial or single race modes, as after finishing the championship mode all you can do she just play it again over and over

I bought this song pack at the same time as I bought the main rock band game, naively expecting the songs on it to be the ones listed in the manufacturers description of this item.

The Sims: Makin' Magic Expansion Pack (PC CD)

I love this game, its sooo addictive.
its really cool, as you have your spell book and dont know what certain spells are until you hunt for the ingredients an mix them, i also love the charm spells, such as when your sim has to create a spell in private, if they get seen by another sim everyone turns in donkeys?? lol its quite funny, surprising and really enjoyable.
