the fifa games are rubbish in comparison to madden. The be a pro mode is useless as you can only do one game, whereas superstar mode on madden is much better as you can do a whole career and you just do your player. i have both fifa 08 and madden nfl 08 and i can honestly say that fifa pales in comparison. Franchise mode is 10 times better than manager mode.
Don't waste your money get madden

Perhaps I was wrong to expect more from it, but it seemed like there just weren't enough new items in this pack to justify the cost. Colour options are quite limited, so you can't always get the shape of sofa you like, for example, to match the colours in the rest of the room, and a lot of the things that I've seen at Ikea and would want to have appeared in the game weren't included. I think they picked the most popular Ikea products, and though I find it funny that the sims can now have a bookshelf identical to mine, there's not much variety, and the designs chosen are mostly the simpler, boxy ones, rather than anything more daring. Although it's called 'Home stuff', you basically get items for a few styles of living room, study and bedroom ... Read More:

Ok, the first Mercenaries was great when you first loaded it up. You were in a world where you could just blow anything and everything up, when and how you wanted.
Then, after a good few hours of play you started to think, 'ok, so is this it. Have I already seen and found all of the weapons and vehicles...!!?'. Of course as you progressed bit by bit you may be able to have access to a new tank or something, but frankly you're already bored. Fact is, Mercenaries is great fun in small doses. Otherwise the reality that mercenaries was a limited game at best with the same thing over and over again hit you.
Unfortunately the second game is no different. There really isn't anything new about the game to be perfectly honest. Yes, its set ... Read More:

If you've bought the other expansion packs, then you're probably going to buy this one anyway, so why bother reading the reviews? :-)
However, if you haven't bought them all and want to cherry-pick the expansions (or you only want one expansion or something), I'd say that this is the one you should get. The "weather" is very well-done and affects your Sims in realistic ways, and of course the weather brings lots of exciting things such as lightning strikes, snowmen, leaf piles and sunburn. You can control the cycle of the seasons for each neighbourhood (and sub-hood thereof), so you can have a perpetually sunny desert neighbourhood, or a snowy wonderland all year round.
The harvestable crops and trees are a much-needed addition ... Read More:

For:
1. The graphics and sound are on the whole stunning, as good as any game out there at the moment, and I must mention one particular map, the town in the Market Garden level, truly awe inspiring. The huge amount of detail that went into that map is absolutely astonishing!
2. The controls are perfect, natural to use and smooth. This is the only game I've played where you can dip and duck up and down, left and right, peak over and around walls and object by just swivelling the stick. It's easily as good as the cover systems used in such games as Gears of War, Ghost Recon, and Rainbow Six Vegas.
3. Parachuting is a nice way to get into a level and feel more natural than just spawning somewhere.
4. Modelling is excellent of both characters, textures ... Read More:

First things first, my rig:
OS - Win XP
GFX - XFX Nvidia 9600 GT Alpha Dog Edition (740mhz core)
RAM - 3GB
PRO - Intel E4600 Dual Core 2 (2.4mhz)
The aforementioned game runs (95% of the time) smoothly on HIGH settings with the above specs. For those people worried about cost to upgrade your GFX card I would highly recommed the XFX Alpha Dog - reason?...£90 at PC World. My processor is now on sale for £50 - £70 at Amazon also.
The detail in EVERYTHING around you has never been seen before in videogame history. Every blade of grass, cracks in cliff faces, AI 'belongings' within buildings and huts. Wind - water - fire and explosions. Its all there in great detail.
The game itself is outstanding. Sharp AI that 'hunt' ... Read More:

This game is great, it provides entertaiment each and every time you play it which is something i have done constantly. Its only flaw is that its campaign is short however that doesn't stop me playing the game over and over. This is a certain buy if you want to be entertained.
