Dancing Stage MegaMix (PS2)

I can remember hearing a lot of hype going around my school, mostly from girls about this game. At that time I didn't know anything about this and just thought it was another stupid girlie game. But then I went round my mates and his sister happened to have dancing stage: euro mix. I asked him about it and he said that he didn't know too much about it. So we plugged the mat to the ps2 and loaded in the game. I was INSTANTLY HOOKED!! The game was a masterpiece and about a couple of days after that I bought Dancing Stage: Megamix. The hype was on so when I first played it I can remember going on it for 5 hours without stopping, the game was brilliant. It needed no explanation. M.G.S. is a great to play and this is very good much better then the first one, this is wouth buying and a tip for all players AK-47's are alot better in the game then you think

i really liked this game but if you have not play any Metal Gear Soild's before don't play this you'll find it hard and boring. this is a good game to buy and gives M.G.S a new out-look

Silent Hill 2: Director's Cut Platinum (PS2)

Silent Hill 2 is the most disturbing, harrowing and genuinely sad tale ever told in the game. James Sunderland arrives in Silent Hill after receiving a letter from his dead wife, Mary telling him to meet her in their "special place".

Torn between disbelief and a desire to learn more, James walks the terrible path into Silent Hill. It is a credit to the creators that there is a sense of fear built up from the beginning with hideous sounds and the infamous oppressive fog of this wretched town.

James is told by a strange woman (Angela) in a grave yard that there is "something wrong" with the town and indeed there is. And so begins James' quest to get to the bottom of the mystery of Mary's letter.

THIS IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVE GAMES. I JUST WISH I COULD HAVE PLAYED THROUGH THE GAME AS DIFFERENT CHARACTERS.... THAT WOULD MAKE IT 5 STARS (I WAS EXPECTING THAT BUT YOU CAN ONLY PLAY THEM IN THE SUB GAMES)... OTHERWISE IT IS A 5 STAR GAME

This is a great game with a workout mode that lets you burn lots of calories, listen and dance at the same time as having fun! It has four differant levels to each song (the basic "beginner", "standard" and "difficult" with an extra one thrown in for "experts". As you work through the levels you will be introduced to new charactures who will dance along in front of phycadellic backgrounds! There are also loads of songs to chose from, ranging from very slow to VERY FAST!
BUT...The only problem is that this is a wonderful game for beginners, if you are like me, you will want more. I have heard of games that let you make your own sequences up and have arrows that dissapear, when i found out that my game had very few of those features, i was a little depressed.

Hellboy: The Science of Evil (PS3)

I bought this game despite the bad reviews because we have been Hellboy fans since the dark Horse comic days. Believe me this game sucks.
The camera is awful in so many ways, controls consist of just bashing one button - (multiple times for combos!?)
split screen co-op is even worse.
I'm sorry if this review disappoints all you Hellboy fans, but it's the plain truth.
The use of actual character voices is hardly compensation and doesn't make up for the shoddiness of the rest of the game.
Generally, if you want Movie to Game fun, stick to the Lego series, seriously.
