Sony Headset and Remote Control 2000 (PSP)

Works great for using skype on the slim and lite PSP.

The headphones are of a solid build, having travelled with me around Europe in my bag and surviving. The audio quality is good, and the remote control that comes with it (attached to the cable that plugs into the psp itself) works well and comes in handy.

Speech seems to be picked up well too, I've not had any complaints from the people on the other end of the line.

My only complaint is the price, which isn't too bad considering you get the headphones and the remote control, but it could be cheaper.

Warhawk with Bluetooth Headset (PS3)

Let's start on what Warhawk is about, Warhawk is a crazy 3rd person shoot em up, in which you can take out your enemy in 3 styles, troop, vehicle and air.

As a troop there are 10 different weapons too choose from to take out your enemy each with its own different ability, my personal favourite would be the Binoculars because there a good tactical weapon too use.

Next is vehicles, there are 3 different types of vehicles, jeep, tank and new addition APC (armoured personal carrier). With the jeep you can carry 3 people, 1 person drives, 1 rides and 1 sits in the turret. Everybody's Golf 2 (PSP)

This is my first forray into the world of Everybody's Golf but I must say it's a lot of fun. I have always been a fan of the Tiger Woods games because they were instantly accessible yet ever so deep - thankfully, Everybody's Golf 2 stands up just as well compared to its officially licensed counterpart. Whilst this does not have an official license and has a very cutesy appearance, Everybody's Golf 2 can provide a solid game of golf. It's easy to pick up and play straight out of the box and there are many unlockables to open up by winning tournaments (a lot are 9 hole, which is perfect for portable gaming - although these are 18 hole course so you can play a full round should you so wish).

Vanguard: Saga of Heroes (PC DVD)

It's been a long time since release and people constatly maintain this game has potential, but even after so long since release we have still yet to see it.

Okay, this game has been released for 18 months now. The idea of this game was just over ambitious, it was released early due to financial implications and as a result lost a huge number of its early buyers. It wasn't long before servers started to empty, even after the need to introduce a new EU server initially. As subcribers started to dwindle sigil was taken over by sony completely to try and revamp the potential of this game. Loco Roco (PSP)

This is simply a great game. The graphics are a feast for the eyes! lovely, colourful spongy backgrounds. And ooh the satisfaction of growing bigger as you collect more little ones. If you just literaly want to go from the start to the end of the level then the game is really easy which is useful as its stops you getting frustrated if you cant collect all the bonus. You can however go all out and try to find ALL the bonuses of all descriptions and rescue all the creatures. Ive never played a game that was so 'nice' to play before. The music is great - the little creatures sing in their own language and even if the words dont make sense its still very catchy!. Buzz! Junior: Dino Den - Solus (PS2)

This game goes along the same lines as the previous ones, but they all have different takes on the games. One big difference with this one is that you can play in teams, quite good if you have younger children who perhaps cant manage some of the games, as some require skill and some are a game of chance. All in all the Buzz Junior games are great family fun, nothing heavy, personally prefer Robojam, but this comes a close second for me.

Athens 2004

We have had hours of fun with this game. And we do not find it boring after some time. We change our nation every time, just to see the weightlifters. A good laugh every time. I have found the solution to the button-bashing. I use a teaspoon, rather than my nails. You can get pretty good speed by running the spoon over the X and O buttons. It also makes it easyer to breathe while swimming. Only the horse-jumping and the hurdles are quite tricky. But you can still get on the podium even if you fail in those events. All and all a good game with pretty good graphics. Only the danish commentator is a bit of a plum!!!

Time Crisis 3 (PS2)

In reflection to what was said about the game earlier about splitting the screen in two, this can be avoided by playing "double dun mode" you and your friend then both get to play and the screen is not then divided, this is ideal for smaller TV sets.

Great game and pleanty of fun!

Buzz! Junior Jungle Party Bundle (PS2)

Strictly for children from ages 4 to 7. Some patient adults like parents, grand-parents, baby-sitters can get some enjoyment out of this Buzz Junior game DVD but mostly the kids will have fun with it, specially when you have three or four players. Comes with four custom made paddles with a four color coded guide to teach your young ones about colors. Good graphics. Main downside of this DVD game is that your offspring is likely to grow out of this game very quick.
