Ratchet & Clank 2: Locked & Loaded (PS2)

I read the reviews on this game, I bought this game, and for some reason I just didn't enjoy it. I can see why people like this game but for me it's certainly no Crash Bandicoot and I found it a waste of money. Not as good as the competition, granted it has very good graphics, but this could have been a lot better. A disappointment.

Tekken 5 (PS2)

I love the tekken series i'm been playing them since tekken 3 and i have gotten all the tekken games. This game is simply brilliant the graphics are awesome the gameplay is brilliant and the new game mode with devil jin is awesome too. The new stuff is all great new characters the new fighting moves, the new background, music & modes. One thing too mention the boss battle at the end off story mode is ridicuously hard and it takes so many times to beat him it's really gets annoying, also once you complete everything u do get bored with the game it's fun just too start over again, but when you first get it it will give you loads off fun for ages. I love the tekken series i'm been playing them since tekken 3 and i have gotten all the tekken games. Daxter (PSP)

I got this game not thinking too much of it, as I thought it wouldn't be able to be anywhere as good as the jak & Daxter series. But I was wrong. I started playing and suddenly thought how could all this be achieved on the little psp. The detail is amazing and the scenery is much like the ones of the jak series.
The only bad is that the game is a little short, lasting up to about 8 - 10 hours. But if you want to collect everything that will take a bit longer. It is a great acton/adventure.

To sum up, this is one of the best games on the psp, and recommend it to anybody who owns the console.

SingStar Next Gen with 2 Microphones (PS3)

It's difficult to say whether the PS3 version of SingStar was worth the wait. After all, it is just a karaoke game, and there are plenty of those already. However, it's a very good karaoke game and one that should please anyone who enjoys serenading friends and strangers with unsolicited performances of popular songs, or indeed, having sing-offs against them to see who's top dog.

You can save some cash by using the microphones from the PlayStation 2 versions of SingStar if you've got them handy, but those of you hoping to get some extra mileage out of the Rock Band or any other USB mics are out of luck - they don't work. SoulCalibur III (PS2)

Soul Calibur III, Well what can I say... It's Good (that's an undersatment) It's Amazing (that's an understatment) It's the best ps2 game (not including wrestling games) I've ever played/experienced. Rapheal is Fantastic with The Queen's Guard Sword!!! 5Stars!!!! (that's an understatment)

Sony Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters (PS2)

Love the Ratchet and Clank series to bits, and bought this on PS2, as heard it had been on PSP. By the looks of the Intro credits, seems to have been made by a different people to the insomniac team who created the other brilliant ratchet games, and boy does it show!!! The gameplay is simplistic to say the least, the camera when you are playing is just plain awful. May have been a good title on the PSP (I'm assuming, I haven't played it), but looks as though they just couldn't be bothered with adjusting anything when they put it onto the PS2, was so bad I took it back the next day....

Buzz! The Schools Quiz - Solus (PS2)

I had high hopes for this game having read the previous reviews. It certainly is a good way to encourage learning while having fun. However, I do have one major reservation.

The main thing I dislike about this quiz is the way that the audience laugh in a derisive manner every time you get a question wrong. My daughter is in year 5, but started with year 4 questions so she could get used to the format. When she got a couple of answers wrong and was laughed at, she was very demoralised and felt that she was being stupid. I think a sympathetic 'ahhh' from the audience would have been more suitable and encouraging. Confident children will probably be ok, but those who need some encouragement may be put off by this format.

Buzz! Junior: Jungle Party - Solus (PS2)

Although considered it childs game it is a brilliant game for anyone to play. First time I played it everyone was over 50.

bought this game because i love air combat games and love dragons , imagine how disapointed I was . The controlls were hard to master and the between round stories dull ( and you can`t skip them ).
On the bright side the missions are challenging and the graphics superb .
In general i would only recomend this game to people who seriously love air combat games and can tie themselves into knots
