Big Beach Sports (Wii)

Despite the price and the amount of games offered, I find it difficult to recommend Big Beach Sports to anyone.

One major gripe is the gameplay. Aside from timing the Wii movements to strike the ball, you really don't feel like you're exerting any control over what your player is doing.

Unfortunately, the game becomes tedious after a very short time. Even playing your friends doesn't lift it in any way. You would think that beach volleyball, beach football and beach cricket would offer so much in terms of fun gameplay on the Wii but the most intuitive and enjoyable game on Big Beach Sports is Boules...

Frontlines: Fuel of War - Special Edition (Xbox 360)

I've been eyeign this up for a while I played the demo ages ago and quiet liked. Recently I bought the Special edition off here for £20 which is cheaper than the game by it self which is £24 and plus you get loads of little bits and pieces like T-shirt, poster, Art work book, Cd and the Game (of course).

I bought this game to fill the gap till the release of Battlefield: Bad company. When I final got this game I was Quiet excited I accendetly played it constantly and ended up completing the game in a day :(, which really get p*ssed off well what expect from game that only has 7 levels (I did play this on Normal By the way and some the levels '2 of them' where quiet hard) and the multiplayer would probaly be amazing but it seems ... i had really high hopes watching the relic forums and trying to guess what is in the game, and as a game its half decent, but it does seem far too rushed. some details and shading is off, some of the layers are out of sync, (the tau hq and sisters of battle immolator are two examples)

the flying units are a great addition though, but they tend to either be too weak or too strong, maeing you'll either play the game and forget they ever created flying units, or just spawn on mass millions of flyers, send them to the enemies base and destroy the vital buildings with no thought or skill required.

Ratatouille (Nintendo DS)

This was one of three games I bought when I bought me ninetendo ds, it propably isn't the best game for someone who has been playing the ds for a while, but to start with, it's a good game.

The cooking 'mini game' was a great way to practise using the touch sceen and the story mode was good fun, a little too easy at times, some challenges.

There aren't many 'worlds' in this game, but each 'world' changes every time you pass through it, which stops the game play becomming repetative and make the game more interesting. Although, it can get a bit confusing.

Overall a really good game.

SmackDown Vs Raw 2008 (PS3)

having recently just purchased the game i have to say it was a little hard to get to grips with first, but after a few gos it became very good to play..
the wwe 24/7 mode could of been better the main down point is that you cant use the hall of fame wrestlers to play in it, second of all it does get a bit boring and u lose intrest quite quickly..
The up side to the game is that the graphics are great as u would expect, the action is good, and u can have some really good wrestling matchs..

This game was brill at first but it starts to get boring, great for a 4-9 year old game. It can get fustrating, ecspaiclly when it dosent tell you what to do propally.
It is lots of mini games, when you win one, you unlock another. As I said great for kids under 9!

(by Jiordan 12) My mum ordered this game for me and when i got it i was so exciting. I love this game and it never ends one of the best games. The reason i am deducting a star is because it is quite hard to steer and my 3 year old cousin struggles trying to go around a corner because iit is quite hard to steer. Other then that itis pretty easy, and you can do the full size experience (for teenagers, older children or adults) or the small cars one (for younger children). I reccommend this game to any one who was lookin to buy it.

there is something enjoyable about smashing a small guys head in with a barbed wire stick that is set on fire.that is why I love this game. there is so many things that I could say but one thing sums it up rated R for rejoice
