My Health Coach: Manage Your Weight with Free Pedometer (Nintendo DS)

I am really enjoying this game, I managed to beat my step target yesterday which actually makes you quite happy! Unfortunately whilst in the kitchen the pedometer had worked its way up and off my waistband and when I next moved it fell onto the floor and the clip broke off.

It's plastic and cannot be glued, I do have an old pedometer that I can use and input the steps manually, did the manufactors plan this optional input mode because the Nintendo pedometer is not strong enough?

I have e-mailed Ubisoft to ask if I can purchase a replacement clip, it will be interseting to see if I have to buy a new pedometer.

Scrabble 2007: New Edition (Nintendo DS)

An excellent game. I've been playing scrabble on facebook and bought this as a game to take on holiday for long flight entertainment. I didn't think it would be as good as it is, as it's hard to imagine playing against a computer but it's easy to play and challenging.

There could be a few more levels of competence, but as you can play one off games against all levels there is plenty of gameplay.

Anyone who can complete the career mode is a genius!

There is a reason this game is under a tenner, I still feel robbed after paying such a small amount for this dross! Buy Big Beach Sports, much more fun and you get much much more for your money!

Assassin's Creed (PS3)

Like many reviewers, I loved the visual part of this game. A lot of minor details which make up the cities and characters make this look stunning. The assassin himself has a number of moves which look realistic. so 5 out of 5 for the visual aspect of this game.

However I found the idea of constantly pickpocketing, eavesdropping to name but two objectives, repetitive and not very challenging. By the time I had got to the 5th assassination of 9, I was getting a little bored with the same routine. Thankfully this game was saved by the ending which again was well put together, albeit predictable who was going to be the assassin's last victim !

How much do I love this - way too much. How much have I actually learnt - an incredible lot. I cannot recommend this enough.

My Spanish Coach Level 1 - Learn To Speak Spanish (Nintendo DS)

Hi guys, just a word of warning. I ordered this game - however when it arrived I was sent the Mexican Spanish version (meant for American markets I presume) and not the European version that was advertised on Amazon. There are significant differences in the vocabulary used in each language so watch out!!!
You can tell the difference very easily - on the front cover of the one I receieved there is a mexican flag inside the glasses pictured. On the European version there is a Spanish flag.
Other than this the game is really great for people with no Spanish at all - it's great fun.

I bought the game for my son and he jus cant get ff it he is always on it after school he says thank u for buyin it and pays it so long he also like a game called resistance he said if u like resistance u will like this game he plays them so much and Korn sing on it tht he likes so he is happy with the game

Assassin's Creed (Xbox 360)

Games are supposed to fun and challenging. This neither.

All positives the game may have are eroded by the time you get to the second assassination when it dawns on you all the reviews are correct and you are playing the most repetitiven and boring game ever made.

It's just pure laziness on behalf of the developers and a total insult to anyone with an attention span longer than a goldfish.

Combat is nullified when you are granted a special dodge-attack after the first assassination. This reduces combat to simple one-button block-dodge-attack, making you almost invicible.

Apparently getting into a fist-fight is okay though, and climbing buildings is fine, but accidentally nudge the wrong person or get pushed ... Read More:

Imagine Babies (Nintendo DS)

This game was released eight months ago and as soon as i saw it i wanted it! However it seemed to be aimed at a young age group of players (im 19!) and alot of reviews weren't very good but i was curious to find out for myself....
I was very skeptical when i first turned it on, however it is VERY addictive and has a lot more activities to do then i first thought. I thought the game would be very easy for me to complete but ive found its challenging enough for me not to get bored quickly. The game also isnt just about looking after babies, you have to maintain a clean home, with time challenges to hoover and wash dishes, you can grow vegetables but remember to knock moles down their holes and water every day!

How is it like an expansion? New graphics, new game modes, new weapons/armour/camouflage, NEW STORY!!?? It is an excellent game, perfect for the tactical gamer. Highly recommend this game!
