Not only great fun, but it's a good workout. Also, this extends past any gaming experience you've probably had before, and breaks all those stereotypes of couch potato gamers.

There's a classic arcade mode, a fitness mode (which tells you roughly how many calories you've been burning since the start) and a practice mode in which you can slow down the song, have a metronome, have clap sounds to indicate when to step etc so that you can really master a particular dance.

And unlike shooting, sports, racings or any other games, this can actually be impressive once you get good enough. On the other hand, it can make any masculinity start to disappear, but it's all in the name of fun.

The game is defiantly for a younger audience. There is very little that u can compare to the arcade games, as they are both very different and the game hardly measures up to them.

There are no popular songs contained within, there is merely a basic tune and beat, however it will defiantly appeal to a younger audience, as they get to chose which doll they wish to be and they continuously come out with witty comments whilst you are dancing.

You can play this game with both a dance mat and console, however there is defiantly no point playing with a console, as you will be bored in seconds. Apart from the basic beats, the game is very entertaining getting through the levels, as the dance steps become quicker and more complicated.

Muppet Race Mania

Before I bought this, I'd never really played a racing game, but I love the muppets and have done since I can remember. I was not disappointed.

The graphics are brilliant, the gameplay is addictive, and when you've completed the whole game you get a chance to have random races which, although there are only twelve courses of the twenty eight that it chooses from, is always fun.

Me and my partner spend hours 'chickening' each other, and find the battles great fun, especially when I need to get back at them for beating me on a tournament!!

It took me months to complete this game (Bill,Gill and Jill will give you nightmares!) and when I did the extra levels at the end made it feel satisfying.

This game is just amazing I think it is even better then the film. It kept me and my children entertained for hours. It has loads of great levels with easy and hard missions. It also has original Characters from the film.

I'm a sucker for puzzlers and this one for PS1/2 is surprisingly good. It gives you blocks that you can push sideways so you can join them up with blocks of the same design and then they disappear. It's very easy to get the hang of and the early stages are easy.

Then you get towers of blocks to move around, then trios where you have to line up two blocks and drop the third one in the middle - all the while not trying to ruin your chances of clearing the whole playing field. I've sat stumped on some levels for ages at times trying to work out a route for a block over a whole playing field, creating bridges to move the block across only to find it doesn't work!

After getting home from the shops with a dance mat and a couple of games I was desperate to play. This first gamer i tried was superstar dance club! This was not just a mistake that i was trying to play it but a mistake that i had bought it. The game play is unrealistic and the conrtols are not clear. It has two bars that sometimes you are meant to repeat and other times you do once but when you play it this is not stated. All i can really recomend you do is buy a game such as dance UK or another komani game which are hours of fun and can actually be completed not just just made to confuse you and insult the genre of Dancing games. I have given this game a 1 star but i dont even think it diserves that. I hope this will help you choose the right game for you.

Disney's Peter Pan: Adventures In Never Land

I was very disappointed with this game - extremely tedious since the reloading of each level (slowly) and then you have to reload the location/stage in that level (slowly), causes frustration and boredom when your character dies. Not action I'm afraid, but perseverance!! My initially excited 4 year old who I can't get away from Spyro, was soon taking this game out, and putting spyro back in again!! Peter Pan is certainly going to collect dust, but it won't be the fairy dust!!!

Fans of the old arcade pac man will be absolutely addicted to this one! Loads better graphics and playability is so addictive it takes you into the small hours trying to do that maze! A 5 star version of the original by all accounts!

After watching Jim Carey carry this film to sucess last year, I doubted whether a game based on this film could be sucessful without his aid. Dont make the mistake of thinking this game is for young children, as it contains many complex puzzles which will get the most experianced game players fustrated. It has a humours side, just watching a huge hairy green man deface public statues and throw eggs at people is enough to any snigger (especially when its the sickly anoying 'whos'!). The game does however sometimes leave you wandering around a huge area, lost, without a clue as what to do next. This game is light entertainment compared to some of the deeply involving RPG's which are around at the moment, and can take you mind away from how to do the puzzle in Tomb Raider ... Read More:
