I never owned a Gamecube, so I never got to play this game. I loved the prequal on the N64, and always thought that this game looked good, but just never got around to it. Now I own a Wii, the gateway to a plethora of retor games has opened before me and this is the first title checked off my "to buy" list. Of course, I had to buy a Gamecube remote and memory card - don't forget to grap those!

Anyway, this game looks fantastic (even now) and plays well. The controls are a little convoluted and tricky (I've no idea what my targetting computer efficiency score means and I've no idea how to improve it) but you get used to them. And this feels like Star Wars. It feels like your in the movies and it feels good.

This game is fantastic and is lots of fun! There are many new things such as characters and suits. But once again the Crash Bandicoot makers come back with a great platformer! You'll get alot out of it! That's all i can say really.... 10 out of 10!

Both my kids aged 7 and 10 have enjoyed this one. They have sung to their hearts content, unlocked lots of songs and after 3 months it is still a favourite. I have enjoyed singing along with the kids and would consider buying more singstar games if the choice of songs were suitable.

I agree with other reviews more or less. I too am an ardent Spyro fan and been. When the new series by Krome and Sierra came out, I was excited. The first game had it's ups and downs but mostly was good. But this is just a desaster!

Spyro the Eternal Night really takes the weaknesses of the first game and makes them weaker! One thing that really annoyed me was that the lighting was awful. Entering this one dungeon that's kinda dark, not even messing with the brightness and contrast on my TV did much to help. It's so dark you can barely see a yard in front of you, and you can't tell an enemy is coming until it's on you! Turn up the brightness all the way and all you get is darkness PLUS an extra fog lense.

this game is everything you could want from a starwars game because:
1.you can fight as EVERYONE! the rebels, wookies, jedi, empire plus more.
2.good variety of personnel classes, snipers, demolitiors, grunts and more
3.plenty of offline play, loads of different single player things to do.
4.good online gaming
5.graphics are not bad either
6.you can do space battles, flying x-wings and all the classics!
7.any vehicle you see, you can drive/use it.

but there are a few bad things:
1.the camera angle can get in the way of things sometimes
2.you will most probably kill more of your own men than the enemy!
3.and three, well, i dont think there is anymore!

You capture wild Pokémon only, right?

Wrong! The lead character in this game wears a device on his arm, allowing him to snag Pokémon. However, you still can't just snag any Pokémon.

Teaming up wth a girl who has the ability to see dark auras, you travel around rescuing "Shadow Pokémon", who's hearts have been sealed shut in labs. Caring for these Pokémon and taking them to a special place restores the Pokémon to their original state.

When you've snagged all the Shadow Pokémon, and restored them, you're said to be able to get Ho-oh as well. I can't vouch for that yet, but I'm working on it.

Even though I never bought this game off amazon, I bought this game a while ago and there's just one word to describe it - brilliant.

It's like Sony's version of The Legend Of Zelda, only set in the future. At the beginning of the game, clank crash lands on ratchet's home planet, veldin. Ratchet goes to get clank, who's sleeping. As soon as clank wakes up, he shows ratchet an infobot, showing ratchet about an evil plan by Supreme Executive Chairman Drek which is about him destroying all the planets in the solana galaxy. In the game, you explore 19 massive worlds, full of things to do. Mostly in the game, you play as ratchet, but at 2 parts in the game (yes, 2 - isn't enough) you get to play as clank. I brought a game and i could get this one half price, so i did. The game is in 2d its not as good as rollercoaster tycoon 3 but its not boring either i still play it sometimes but i couldnt play it for months as i could rollercoaster tycoon 3, my advice is buy it if you havent got the requirments for rollercoaster3.

I really like this game because you get to give to give your characters cool colours & buy really cool cars. The races are reasonably easy & the levels are very good.

I bought Sonic hoping for a modern platform game for the family.

We lasted an hour and a half before giving up with the game.
Totally disappointed.

Buggy camera, found we could end up going through solid objects, nothing to strive for. Obviously not designed by the same people who made Sonic for the Sega (bless its cotton socks).
No challenge or anything to strive for. The game obviously didn't have a director to make sure it had a plot and direction. I've seen cheesy teen movies that had better plots!

If you're hell bent on buying this game, go rent it first before buying... That's my advice.
