Vanishing Point looks great and is also really good fun to play. The handling, it has to be said, is not very realistic but once you get used to it, it's quite easy to make the car do what you want it to do. Comparing VP with Metropolis Street Racer is not particularly helpful because they are 2 very different games. MSR is an excellent game but very anal and hardly one to just pick up and play. VP, on the other hand, is far more of an arcade racer. Its a bit like comparing GT3 and Burnout 2 on the PS2.

There are loads of "unlockables" in VP: new cars, new tracks and movies (including a number of x-ray videos of skeletons driving cars!). There's also a stunt driver mode, which is certainly worth having in the game, even if the racing ... Read More:

Star Wars Episode 1: Racer

This game is for people who love fast paced racing, i never played a car racing game for a long time after this. With the selection of tracks, pods and parts etc. you will become addicted as soon as you push the power button "on", what's more it's just as great to play when you think your getting bored of it, just flick over to a different game mode, or even better, challenge a bragging sibling and run them into the ground haha. Overall, probably that game that redefined the racing genre.

Fur Fighters

What a cracking game! Loads of cute furry characters with an attitude that rocks. Give them the biggest gun you can find then go blast some furry butt to help them find their even cuter kidnapped offspring. The graphics are fantastic with lots of neat touches such as foot prints in the snow and fur flying from blasted bodies. These are also backed up with fantastic sound! O.k there is no speech,but each character has it's own weird babble which at first seems very strange but after a while becomes really fun, cool and quite unlike anything else.
The control method will take a bit of getting used to but once mastered is very intuitive and you will find yourself opting for similar styles in a whole host of games - outtrigger, quake 3 etc. To help you there ... Read More:

Ok, ok, so the best racer ever might be overdoing it a little, but hey, its still a darn good, and the undisputed king of Dreamcast racers. So, since this review can only be 1,000 words long, let’s get to the review, shall we?
This is yet another attempt from Infrogames to give the Test Drive series a comeback, in hopes of bringing the series back to the greatness of the good ol’ days of Test Drive 1, 2, &3. 4, 5, and 6 failed horribly, and V-rally didn't take the series anywhere. The good game in the TD series was Test Drive Off Road. Now Le Mans has changed that. This is an incredible game. The graphics are really deatailed, the sounds are great and for once it has the realistic gore.It may disturb some people but i think that this game will show and educate people that if they shoot someone in the head with a shotgun they wont just fall to the floor and disappear.They only bad thing i can say about the game is the loading time but its well worth the wait.

ever seen films such as the Rock and thought I which I could be one of those marines, sneaking in to places without being seen and snipering people from hundreds of meters away. Well now you can. Rainbow six is one of the most advanced military games I have ever played and since I got this game I have not put it down. The levels are tough and the only way you will ever beat this game is by using solid tactics, such as planning your route through the level making sure you have chose the correct weapons and staying in the shadows because if you are caught its game over man. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes a good shoot-em-up and if you are a fan of games such as half-life and doom this is a must. Just be warned your crack team are not super human ... I have all the 'arena' style FPS games on the Dreamcast,namely Quake III Arena,Outtrigger and this,my only problems?,the apparent lack of female/alien characters(I've finished the game on the first two skill settings,whether they're unlocked on one of the higher settings I don't know but it seems a bit of a chore to me)and the range of control options,they're a bit limited,if you could use the left trigger as secondary fire it would be perfect but it's mapped onto d-pad up and firing a few of the weapons secondary function (the pulse gun particularly)is next to useless.I recently bought Quake III on the PS2 and it's awful next to the Dreamcast version,here's hoping the PS2 version of this is at least as good.

'Dino Crisis' comes from the makers of the excellent 'Resident Evil' series, and bears many similarities to its forebears. The story places secret agent Regina on the dino-ridden Ibis Island, charged with finding the elusive Doctor whose experiments have somehow caused the dinosaurs to appear in the present day. It obviously owes a big debt to 'Jurassic Park' as well as 'Resident Evil', with a monstrous T-Rex appearing at critical moments and generally causing a panic. Basically, if you like the R.E. games then you'll like this. It's not quite as action-packed, rather more strategic and thoughtful, but you still get to face Raptors and the like with big guns on plenty of occassions. Sega Green Visual Memory Unit (Dreamcast)

This is a very cool bit of equipment. It's like a mini console/memory card which is great if you haven't got a hand held console. The graphics aren't the best, but that doesn't let it down too much, you can play games from Sonic The Hedgehog, to Ready To Rumble, a high paced boxing game.

So if you don't have one for your Dreamcast already. What are you waiting for? I highly reccomend you get one now!
