I bought this for playing Gamecube games on my Wii. In general I'm really pleased with it:
Pros:
- Well made, strong build quality
- Grips are good, and the buttons feel positive (if you hit them, they respond immediately)
- Wireless works perfectly - you just have to plug the receiver into the console, switch the controller on, and when the red light stops blinking, it is connected). I've been using it over a range of about 5 meters, and the wireless doesn't lose signal or cut out.
Cons
- The biggest problem is that the console is really small! Great for people with small hands, but a touch on the small size for everyone else.
- I found that the grips and the buttons are ... Read More:

Ive got lots of games on my cube and toadstool tour is the one game that me and all my mates want to play again and again. This game is nothing like EA's tiger woods games; its more cartoon like graphics and arcade gameplay set this game in another league. The game has ALL the famous nintendo charecters: Mario, Boo, Bowser, Wario etc.. And is very easy to play, unlike ace golf and tiger woods and the stupid analogue flick backwards and forwards to take your shot control system- this game has the good old fashioned powerbar system which works well. The graphics are some of the best seen on the gamecube and when your opponent is taking his or her shot you can taunt them with insults or jokes by pressing your buttons- Great! The single player ... As a huge Shrek fan, I bought this game as soon as it was released. I was pleased to discover that the game was not just a rushed movie tie-in and could quite easily stand as a great game in its own right. Luckily te Shrek license just adds to this great game.
The gameplay is fast, frantic and furious button bashing - however this is mixed with just the right amount of puzzle solving and mini games. These include chasing a carriage while riding a dragon or finding a needle in a haystack! You can play as one of the 4 characters on screen by simply changing character at any time - you just hit L or R. Each character has special moves and this adds to the gameplay as you require some characters to do certain tasks. It's a good idea and ... Read More:

This is a Cable, which allows you to transfer and play with each other between a Nintendo Gamecube and a Game Boy Advance! The clip end of the cable attaches to the top of the Game Boy Advance (or behind if it's a Game Boy Advance SP), whilst the socket connects to either 1-4-player connection on the Nintendo Gamecube! Once connected, you can do whatever you need between you're Game Boy Advance and Nintendo Gamecube.
When purchasing games for both consoles, keep a eye out on the back of the cases to check and see if they require a Cable Connection just so in case you need to obtain one of these cables!
My Grade For The Gadget: 8/10: Enjoyable, Fair-Play, Thumbs Up
My Wish: Sometimes when I use this cable I keep ... Read More:

I just got this game and i am returning it since its complete pants, the 1 player game is soo borring, the control system tries to copy No Mercy but fails so its no fun in 2 player mode either since a well timed reversal will ALWAYS reverse no matter how bad a beating you have taken. another rubbish game by yukes, please just bring back AKI!!.
YUKEs remind me of EA, they just churn out third rate titles with a big license, at least AKI had a grappling engine that was 20 years in the making!!

Just have to say, I agree with everyone!. This scart cable makes an unbelievable amount of difference. At 1st I was a bit sceptical, asking myself "Just how much difference can a cable make?", as soon as I switched the Cube on though... POW!
It is immediately obvious. Its like owning a new TV, and playing on a new console! It may seem a lot for a cable initially, but I can honestly say its worth every penny.
The graphics are so much sharper, the colours so more vibrant.
Dont waste your money getting a cheaper inferior product thinking you have "the real deal", because you will be so dissapointed when you realise you havent!
Make the right decision 1st time, and buy this cable!

The last Tony Hawk games I played where 1 and 2 so there is fair bit of new stuff in this version.
The ability to jump off your board and run, jump and climb about has been added. If you jump off mid combo you have a short ammount of time to jump back on and do a trick or the combo ends. It doesn't really add as much to the game as manuals which was one of the big impovements between THPS 1 and THPS 2. The levels don't take advantage of it that well. The control and camera are not as good as when skating and it can be annoying for the goals that require you to walk and climb about.
The story mode is a nice addition as well. Mostly because it gets rid of the timer so you can mix exploring and skateing about with goal chaseing instead of switching between free ... Read More:

I played this game for a short while, and then put it away. I only rediscovered it a few months later, began to play it again, and instantly got addicted.
The game is truly excellent. The storyline is good, the areas to explore are interesting, and the battles, although turn based, do involve a fair bit of strategy. As the game advances, the characters learn more and more moves which get better and better, and the moves you learn are based on the ones you have already been using, which I think is a very good touch. In some parts, you get to meet up with members of the fellowship, and fight alongside them, which are some of the battles I enjoy the most.
There are drawbacks, though. The characters, although interesting, seem wooden, and the storyline, although following ... Read More:

WAVE RACE BLUE STORM SPLASHES DOWN ON GAMECUBE. IS IT AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINAL OR, LIKE MANY CONVERSIONS, A QUICK GRAPHICALLY ENHANCED REHASH? Despite being one of the launch titles for the Nintendo 64, Wave Race 64 remained one of the consoles most innovative and graphically astonishing games. It's water effects were like nothing seen before and the game provided a refreshing change from all the endless driving titles out there. Well, if you thought the graphics in WR64 were good - you ain't seen nothing yet! Those of you are not familiar with the WR format; WRBS is a jet-ski racing game where, like in any other racing game, your objective is to beat your opponents round various circuits. But racing on water means every race is different due to the unpredictability of the waves and ... Read More:
