Basically this is the best game on the cube. The multiplayer is good but average if truth be told. The main game is where it is really at for skilled gamers and it rocks. If you love games were you try to beat your high score then try it and if you dont then avoid. The gamecube controller was designed for this game and works better than the x-box and ps2 controller thus making the gamecube version the most sought after.And before i go if you like monkeyball then you will like part 2 also as its nearly as good.

Unlike other sonic games which are plain stupid really this is allways been my favorite ive had this game for ages 3 years atleaste and finally writing a review because finally getting the time.
Right this game is exelent because Hero mode you play as Sonic,Tails,Knuckles-Dark Shadow, Rouge, Eggman.
I have completed both stories but enough about all of this time to tell you why it is the 2nd best game ever.
The gameplay as sonic with speed action homing attack bouncing about rocks and knuckles gameplay is searching for 3 piecies of the master emerald which will keep you searching for ages with enimies to destroy on the way with rap music to keep you going on his levels-Tails gameplay is good you play in his plane which tranforms ... It was a good game but not the best ther is. You can go your favarote charectors. It depends on which level your on. I wont tell you though I will keep it a suprise. AIso if you have gamecube cheat disc you can go anybody at any time. You can charectors you cant go in the originel game. Thers also a suprise at level 7. The bad thing is the graphics. The reason I say this is becaus it looked a bit cubey. The maps are not big but it could be worse.Ther are alot of cars to unlock and buy.Thats all see ya ; )

This has got to be the best game ever! With Link as a special character it livens things up. I find the new combos really good to damage and destroy your oppenent with. The weopons and unlockable characters are ace! The game delivers a challenge aswell with the difficulty levels but don't let that stop you! You have got the same acarde mode but when you have completed that you have an extra arcade mode aswell which lets you choose your weopons! I better not say anymore otherwise I'll spoil it! If you like fighting 1 on 1 and beating the hell out of your oppenents then this is the game for you! Fantastic is all I can say!

Now id like to say that allthough I did give this game five stars and called it a master peice, i do have a few arguments...
1. The gameplay doesnt really pick up until you get your lightsaber, which is an imediate and noticable improvement.
2. The cutscens are, in a nutshell... crud... sorry guys, but theres always gotta be something wrong....
3. Too many Puzzles, allthough its EXTREMLY fun if you find a good Walfthrough, to shed light on otherwise long and boring paths... but remember, you should always see if YOU can finish the level before turning to a walkthrough.
Well, those are the bad points, heres a good pointor two...

When I got this game ,I didn't expect it to be very good ,but I was wrong .It's much better than the one's on PS1, because you get new powers such as electric, bubble , and evan ice.It also has hilarious levals, such as, cows getting abducted by UFO's,Tropical island but I won't tell you any more because thats for you to find out. But I recamend this to everyone because ,it is so great.
