It amazes me how some people pass judgement so quickly, if you want a game to be a long lasting challenge , it needs to have a skill that you need to learn - the game seems hard to play at first but thats the challenge - play the game and you learn the subtle moves, then its a great game for the price.

My husband bought this for my birthday, I'm 36 and a bit on the chunky side. I love it, I noticed a difference in myself after only a week of using it. The instructor is encouraging and it makes you feel good to beat your own record. The balance games are really fun and I love the yoga. I have a joint condition and the vast majority of exercises are easy on my joints, although at first on a couple of the muscle exercises my knees got a twinge, I found I could still achieve the goal without bending so deeply, which causes me pain. Now I rarely have a problem. The aerobic exercises are fun and work up quite a sweat without being harsh on your joints. This game is one of the worst i've seen on the Wii, no textures no lighting effects and pretty much bad graphics, the sound is bad too. The camera control is the worst i've seen on any game, you move the remote to move the camera position and when you need it most (running from attacking enemies and various other pitfalls the camera lets you down badly. You cannot jump you run off ledges to auto jump and with the dodgy camera end up missing ledges. Auto aiming never aims at what you want and always locks on to other objects and enemies, there is no special motion gestures on this game just simple press button control.
