We sat down to watch the film as a family, ranging in age from 7 to 60, and all enjoyed it very much. So much so, that I bought the game for the 7 year old. "Good choice, nanny" he said. And nanny loves playing it too!

How anyone can copmpare this to Wii sports is beyond me. This is much better, with more control and representing a real challenge. Equally, this is no gym replacement! LOL

The best thing to do is to dive straight into the tournaments. It took me a while to get used to the controls, and not without frustration. But after a while they become second nature; then the fun really starts.

The key to this game is to watch the other player - as you would in real life. Their stance before they strike gives a lot of info about the speed and direction they will shoot. This is the reason you buy a Wii (and Wii sports of course). Some of the games are so zany you just think 'what the ?!?!'. It is very funny and entertaining and has you jumping around the room doing the different 'forms' with your remote. Really good to play with friends but you can also have a laugh on your own trying to unlock everything. Kids might find some of the games a bit tricky (hell I found some of the games tricky!) but on the whole its pretty straight forward. It tells you how to hold the remote and you just go for it!. Highly recommended!.

The 20gb drive has all the space you'll need to download extra maps, game modes ect as well as loads of xbox live arcade games and videos etc. There's no set price for the 120gb model in the uk as yet, and after using an xbox 360 for some time it's reasonable to say that all that space will be wasted except for the most hardcore of the hardcore, or those who wish to fill it with mp3's, which I would guess most tech freaks already have stored on their pc. So if your xbox 360 is hdless then this is the way to go. Expensive, yes, worth it, yes.

I bought two of these sports packs when I bought the Wii, but have found it irritating to put them on the controller each time you want to play a game and they add NOTHING to the experience. The Wii controller in it's rubber casing with the wrist strap is tactile and easy to hold, whereas the fussing required to screw on these accessories only holds up the game and doesn't help aim/wack/hit at all. Wish I hadn't wasted my money.

This is the type of game you'd buy for a child of about 6 or 7 who likes Penguins.

Much like the film, you play the cute Penguin Mumble, who can't
sing but can tapdance brilliantly, for a penguin. The levels are basic, Dancing, Sleding down a cliff or
swimming, and most levels you have to collect things.
The graphics are pretty good, if a little bit chunky, but
the gameplay could be more varied. ***

I have been a subscriber to the offical nintendo magazine for a while now but mainly play PC titles. so arfter reading sevral excilent reviews of the game in my rusted mag, i wnet and brought it as an atempt to get back into my WII. unforchantly this game really did not do it for me. my biggest anoyance was that the driving IS POINTLESS. only one driveable vecile and you CANT CRASH INTO OTHER CARS (you just get pushed around them) now because it is nessasery to drive basicly everywhere this really iritated me. secondly as with most wii games coming out there is un-need use of the wiis motion sensors. so i really dont see the need in shaking a tree for coconuts. but the sensors could have been used really well if used to properly weil the sword but allas all ... have got smarty pants for kids and us adults to use - however when we try and access friends mode so we can all play we get told we do not have enough wii remotes?!!? however there is nowhere to activate the second or third or fourth wii remote - HELP B4 it goes flying out window!
