. Light Magnifier - White

I bought the Madcatz light magnifier in the hope that it would help with the GBA's notoriously dark screen, but it turns out to be worse than useless. The bulky magnifier itself actually blocks out what little light is reaching your screen, and the experience is like trying to play through a goldfish bowl full of black ink. The two completely ineffectual LEDs add two bright spots to an otherwise black display. Ironic considering that the packaging cheerfully proclaims that 'eye strain is not good' and that the product is 'ideal for playing in the dark'. After experimenting with many different angles and configurations, I found that best results are obtained with the magnifier in the up position, and the light switched off. Get a GBA SP instead.
