I don't know whether my screen was faulty but I found it to be virtually useless on some games. Most of the detail was bleached out, even with the brightness turned right down. 'Rogue Leader' was unplayable, especially on the Hoth level. All I could see was a white screen and my ship. I strongly reccomend that you see this screen in action before you buy it. Mine is going straight back.

Effortless to set up LAN games between multiple consoles with Mario Kart and 1080 Avalanche (never tried Kirby's Air Ride, not under consideration due to bad reviews).

These are just about to ship to Europe (June 2004) in time for PSO 3. Should be cheaper than the resellers, but still suspiciously more expensive than importing if you're lucky enough to avoid the import charges.

i just recently got my gamecube,i had a playstation before which was good but there was something lacking.i saw the mario kart bundle on sale and i just could not resist.great console great choice of games. i mean come on star wars rogue squadron,mario kart,monkey ball,zelda and metroid prime to name a few. this console has got it all.
on the down side if you live in ireland its a bit hard to find shops which stock the games,but amazon is always an option if you dont mind waiting

The lead is extremly useful for playing such games as final fantasy chrystal chronicles and other great gamecube games which can only be played to the full extent by using this cable.The cable is basicaly the same size as an ordinary pad cable and twice as useful if you have a gameboy advance.I would recommend it to anyone with a gamecube and gameboy advance.

It does the job - it stores your saved games...

BUT, a bit too frequently for my liking - it corrupts and you have to reformat it. It may be cheap but if you value your saved games - this isn't the way to store them.
