I bought this item based on another customer review which stated it could be used to house a WD Passport External USB hard drive. They were right, although the drive is a very tiny bit wider than a DS lite I've had no problems. There is also a net pouch in the lid which is perfect for storing the USB cord that came with my device. I only have two minor complaints. First that I would have preferred if the device storage side of the case had velcro straps instead of the small elastic strips that are sewn into the case. It makes it a tiny bit more of a pain to put the device away. Some people might think this is a really great accessory for the DS that will easily play music, games and movies... well, you're wrong. It's quite easy to get games on it if you can be bothered to spend hours searching for games on the internet, and if you've got Itunes it can be easy to get music to play as well, but when comes to movies you have to have a PC, if you've got a Apple Mac don't bother buying it at all. And also after you've played it a couple of times it will start playing up and doing stuff like: Freezing, Going blank, Not being reconised etc. So if you like not-liscensed games/apps buy this.
