Mortal Kombat 4 on the N64 is probably one of the best Mortal Kombat games on any console there is, probably today! The gamecube Mortal Kombat game was excellent but I had loads of fun on this back in the day and if you have an N64 still or if it comes out on the Wii virtual console, then get this! Good graphics, good gameplay and loads to do and fast paced action! Worth it!

Blast Corps (N64)

Blast corps is a sensational game - far ahead of its time and innovative to say the least.
However, it's guaranteed that you will be tearing your hair out in some, if not all, of these levels as you try to get a dump-truck to spin around, knocking down a building as that god-awful read vehicle slowly glides closer on its hellish path.

Diamond-sands is the level i refer to, and it will drive you mad, among many others. Despite this though, blast corps is an incredible fun game for some reason and you'll find yourself re-visiting previously beaten levels for another shot in j-bomb i beleive his name is. A great game, but bad for your sanity.

Worms Armageddon

I started playing this game afew years back with some mates and we used to play multi-player all the time. After a bit we got a bit boared and left it for a few years. But like all good games we were able to come back to it and still have a laugh. I will never get tiered of shooting somone or seeing them flying through the air. And it is cool how the worms talk to you they say things like "thanks for lunch" and "bye bye" If you have an N64 (if you dont then buy one quick caus they will be valuble one day) then definetly buy this game.

I can remember when this game first came out, it was hyped to outrageous level and gained stunning reviews from all the Nintendo Mags. And it WAS impressive at the time.

But looking back now, it's plain to see that this game didn't deserve the hype it got.

The graphics are great to start with - very detailed, nice set-pieces, monsters, etc. - and all is well until you meet an enemy for the first time... the game engine judders to an almost complete halt! The slowdown is so severe it's quite laughable, and using the hi-res mode with the expansion pak makes things even worse. This is game effecting slowdown, you struggle to shoot the enemies even when they are one foot in front of you! Not a good thing when the whole game is based ... Read More:

Pro Control Pad - Red

this control pad is cool! it brightens up ure game playing. the pad is a vibrant red and has certainly helped cheer me up when i can't get past levels. Every one who has seen it thought it was cool!!

Mario Party 3 (N64)

This game is a fantastic multiplayer game and is great to play with friends and family. The graphics are nothing to boast about but the gameplay is excellent. Even if all your friends are busy, there is a story mode to develop your skills and you can play a 4-way battle between yourself and the N64. There is also the new duel mode where you team up with a sidekick (eg. Mr. Blizzard, Boo, Goomba etc.) and duke it out, 1 on 1. The game is strongest on the multiplayer front. With some Cola, crisps and 1-3 friends, this is a perfect multiplayer game.

Cut long story short, I remember buying this when it first came out as an impressionable young teen, and to be honest, wish I could turn back the clock to when I first played it!

Like any series of games, films.. and the latter, I doubt the first is ever beaten. This is the case for Mario Party. The sheer depth, fun , and excitement without compromising for silly controls is fantastic. All the Mini-Games are enjoyable, none of which you'd dread. The music is absolutely top-notch, and the boards are quirky and fun, with great variety!

As a Wii owner, I'm just so hoping this will soon be available on the Virtual Console for download. It's just a legend in its own right, and although the other N64 Mario Party's are just as good, the first ... Read More:

Innovations Expansion Pak (N64)

Yes. This expansion pak enhances the graphics of the N64. For some of the games need it otherwise you will not be able to play on that particular game. For the games you will need it on are - Perfect Dark, Majora's Mask, Pod racer (not nessary). It tells you whether or not you need an expansion pak on the actual game box, so be carefull before you buy the game, always check before hand.
