Bought for my 9 year old who likes Nintendogs and loved playing Babyz on the pc. We were going to pick Imagine Babies but this seemed a better choice as it was about Baby care and not housework! She's only had it a while but is very pleased. The ability to select the skin tone, size, shape and hair for the baby is a great bonus. The graphics are not stunning but when you are that age who cares! There appear to be lots of clothes to "unlock" too as well as toys. The recipe making is similar to Cooking Mama! The instruction manual is clear enough and as she tackles each new task there is a on-screen tutorial. Hopefully this will keep her engaged for a long while as she can do what she wants and not wait a while to do things like on Nintendogs. ... Read More:

I purchased the white case and posted my original comment in October 2007. The following comments are still relevant for this product. The only thing I would add is to ensure the card slot of the DS is facing towards the spine of the case, especially if a card is still inserted into the DS. Otherwise the case strap can release the card from the DS.

I purchased this thinking that it was a case for the Nintendo DS Lite. When I received it I was surprised to read on the packaging that this is "NOT to be used as a case for your games console. It should only to be used to store the game cards and accessories". I was a little bit confused because this case is the same size and width as a unit and it fits in ... Read More:

i have followed all of these games and was a bit dubious when i seen a new title but hey am amazed different characters, harder trials, and a lot more intresting ,and as the chapters go on it does test youre skills !and abilities! but well worth the effort will be sitting in anticipation for the sequel, graphics great and twists and plots intriguing!! huge enjoyment and some frustrtion trying to piece it all together but you will understand when you play!!!!!!! happy gaming

I like this game because you can create your own character to play and draw yo9r own things in the game which make it fun.
the game can be quite tricky but its not overly challenging- i think this would be a great game for kids as my 8 year old brother loves it and is always wanting to play

I would never have guessed this was officially licensed by Nintendo.
Te outer casing is good quality, albiet the embroided Mario looks a bit half-hearted.
The plastic innards, however, supposedly to enable you to play your DS without removing it from the case, is absolutely horrible. It's too thick, and the holes for the d-pad and buttons are too small so pressing them is a pain. It's not exactly a snug fit either, mine looks like it has been stretched. Above both of these though - you can't reach the stylus when the DS is in the plastic casing, so you'd have to take it out of the case just to get at it.
Frankly, a below-par piece of kit with stupid design flaws. And the only time in nearly 15 years I've been let ... Read More:

This game is magnificent. Everything about it spells ingenuity, attention to detail and imagination. The multiplayer mode can be superfluous fun, the adaptive difficulty always presents you with a new challenge and the vast amounts of unlockable content means that there is here a nearly endless source of replayability.
Many people have said that there is a problem with graphics cards not being able to support pixel shader. Well, a program called 3d Analyze will simulate this and many other graphical features that your card is incapable of handling (however, is you simulate too much the game will be very slow, as your C.P.U. is having to do more work). Download the program from this adress: 'http://download-free.programas-gratis.net/php/download.php?id_programa=675 ... Read More:

The positive aspects of this game are the Campaign Missions that you undertake. I genuinely enjoyed this part of the game. See Ms Beattie's review about details of these. I particularly like the Unicorns and Stegosaurus' that you can unlock!
The negative side however, is that the Campaigns do not take long to complete. It took me less than a week. I did try building my own zoo in the `free play mode' after completing the campaigns but to be honest I found that I got bored with this easily and have not played the game since.
However, I would say that it is worth buying the game just for the Campaign aspect - you could always trade the game in at a shop like Game for something else if you think it is a waste of money buying something that does not take long to complete. ... Read More:

This is a very good crossword collection. The crosswords are not 'dumbed down' for Sun readers !
Each crossword has both cryptic and 'coffee time' clues and you can switch between them at will. The earlier reviewer was wrong in saying you can't switch (although it must be said that the booklet accompanying the game is useless, the in-game tutorial is a bit better and you'll soon catch on as you play). The handwriting recognition seems as good as any on the DS i.e. if you make slight adjustments to the way you write some letters you won't have significant trouble. If you're stuck it will give you the letter in any square as a hint if you ask for it (you just get a time penalty).
