Hi
I was really looking forward to playing this game. It was a toss between cooking mama and imagine happy cooking when choosing at the game shop so I of course chose imagine happy cooking
Though it isn't really happy cooking for me because you cannot do anything and even doing something like picking the dishes to cook with or pouring something into the mixing bowl requitres help from that dopey women (sorry about that)
I can safely say I will not be recommending this game to anyone and what with being 13 and a massive game lover I never usually write bad reviews. But this game is very bad and I feel angry that my money was wasted on this pathetic game.
Purchase cooking mama it is a thousand times better.

Lets face it, Harvest Moon: DS was pants. Compared to the classics on the original Gameboy, the Gameboy Color and the GBA, the DS version was just a rehash, didn't make any use of the technology and was generally buggy.

Rune Factory is what the DS version of Harvest Moon should have been. Keeping the core elements of the series, Rune Factory (RF) adds in traditional Action RPG elements like swords, shields, dungeons and monsters. Players can play through without killing a single monster and can play through without planting a single crop (though fishing might help). It's made by the same people that produce the main series, so it's certainly true to form.

took this back to the shop after one day and swapped it, basically you've got a overhead picture of a zoo when an anmal is ill it flashes you treat it, done, on to the next animal theres no story, no progress, really its just boring

My daughter who is 3, got this yesterday and she loves it, though some of the mini games are a little too hard, she does seem to be picking them up!

There are 10 mini games overall and 2 settings easy and hard and mostly require the stylus with one or two using both the stylus and the microphone, there the tricky ones that she can't quite master!

Again this is a short game, but at £14.98 is a lot better value than some other mini game based games!

I really enjoyed this game, it's simple to learn, and very addictive. This is still one of my fave games on the DS, but the AI is very hard and not very forgiving, especialy if you think you've beaten it, but that's not a complaint, and if you do lose a battle you don't have to start at the beginning. All in all a fantastic game for the DS :)

So, you choose your hamster, you feed it, you teach it words (a bit weird but funny), and play mini games. Not very fun, especially if you are more then 10, but nice for young children. Very simple to use, doesn't offer much, but the hamsters are cute and realistic.

My point is: BUY IT ONLY FOR YOUR 5-YEAR-OLD CHILD.

Good, sturdy box. Inside the lid are 2 spaces for DS games (which are VERY tight to fit the games in!) and one space for a GBA game - dissapointing as they could have fit more in really! Then there is a foam frame inside the box with a perfect sized gap for your DS - a truly snug fit- no chance of it falling out!

Also comes with a ridiculous shoulder strap thing, but I cant imagine anyone using that! The catch opens with a "toolbox" style clip- easy to use but not lockable.
