I downloaded the demo and was the first time since FIFA 2002 World Cup i have played a FIFA as up to now preferred Pro. Anyway the demo has persuaded me to buy this game though will still be buying Pro too!! Finally anyone know if can get the FIFA controls the same as PES? As thats the only thing i am worried about.

As a real starwars fan, I was expecting a great game but what a disappointment!

The game is linear and gets very boring after an hour at the max.

The story is not plausible at all. The apprentice is so strong that he can kill a rancor easy...

The game play is awful. Everytime you combat a boss, the view becomes rubbish.
The scene when you crash the destroyer is in 2D (Lucasarts lost interest in a good 3D HD game???)

I personally would not recommend buying it new. Wait a bit and when the game is worth £10 it will be good value for money.

Honestly, I have played most of the starwars games and this one has to be one of the worst one ever.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09 (PS3)

Ok this is going to sound harsh but it needs to be said.
This years tiger is a step too far.
After changing developers after the pretty good 07 version this game has become a glitch laden,bug ridden programme.
Last years game was really awful,as the new team seemed to be adding their touches to the game engine.
However instead of building on the good framework of the 07 version they have turned this into a mess.
This is the team responsible for the dire outlaw golf series and its obvious they haven't learned a great deal since those games.
So without being too critical these are the good and bad points about this years game.
Good points are......

Yes the story mode is pretty short. But i think the best thing about the ps3 is the online playing. COD4 is incredible online, it is so much fun.

People say it should stay to ww2 style, I disagree. You get bored of the same style of play (weopons and stuff). It was a great change to have it in modern combat.

Hopefully COD5 will continue the success

What a great game. Don't just expect to jump on and be great at it first time out though. It takes patience. You'll crash 10 times in the 1st lap and 5 times on your 15 but one you get the hang of it it all becomes clear. One mastered its very satisfying.

This game will suit bike enthusiasts. Not little babies who expect to go round corners without braking, then go to a review site to slag the game off when they can't play it.

Online is also good - way way smoother than gt5. It can be configured in most ways.

I can kind of understand all of the gushing reviews for this game. There is something about it that is enjoyable, and fundamentally playable. But it is far from perfect.

Although subjective, it feels like a hybrid of a number of games. In my opinion:
* Gun combat is like GTA4.
* Climbing, running and jumping is similar to Assassin's Creed, but much less free-form and slightly dumbed down. (There is a "tower climb" moment that is almost identical to the tower climbs in AC).
* Level-puzzle style of Tomb Raider, but again slightly dumbed down.

The plot is fun, but hardly cerebral; its action-film-esque (there are occasional interactive cut-scenes such as jumping off cliffs as they crumble beneath you) though it does lose itself in the middle. ... Read More:

WoW is undoubtably the greatest game created so far. I have to agree with those who warn of possible addiction. It will take months to get to level 70 (soon to be level 80) and that is where the game really begins. You will then meet people who will really show you what a noob (novice) you are and this is after several months of playing! The game is so time consuming that at the top level you haven't got time to do both PvE (player v the environment) and PvP (player v player) so you have to specialise to become really good in one or the other.

The game reigns supreme but it does have its competitors. Warhammer Online has just been realised and may prove to be as good (doubtful as I find the combat ponderous). The next expansion for WoW is just around the corner and the game ... Read More:

This is a classic old school athletics game. In essence it's not really changed since the old Daily Thompson game on the Spectrum. There's a whole lot of waggling and button mashing.

There's nearly 40 events, but a lot of them are very similar. The more unique ones (table tennis) are have been done very quickly and somewhat poorly. The highlights being the sprint running.

THere's an amount of randomness and lack of skill in many events. THe 1500m you can be far behind up to the last lap and still easily win. There's little strategy.

This does have online for up to 8 players, which is where it becomes more fun. This is the kind of game that comes into its own in large groups, with a couple of beers.

Just played the demo of this and gotta say I loved it! It has some great little touches, like the driver turning round and shouting yeah!!! when you pull off a great trick and shouting at other drivers ha ha the soundtrack from what I heard is very good and the presentation is great - feels like a good quality game.

This is nothing like and shouldnt be compared to Motorstorm - motorstorm is a racing game with dirt tracks and quads, this is a stunt game with dirt tracks and quads.

If you like SSX tricky then this is for you!! loving it :D
