Like a few other reviewers I bought this to improve my poker game which was VERY poor. It seems to be a common fault to play too many hands.
This software has certainly improved my play. It is easy to 'fast-forward' through a lot of the hands which is a double-edged sword. I wouldn't want to sit through a virtual game like this in real time but I am probably missing so much by using the faster method.
The AI is a bit poor at times especially when bluffing and, as always, not having real money takes a bit of the edge off betting. As a training tool it is pretty good.

Chessmaster 9000 for mac has the best tutorial from beginner to advanced ever made available on mac before. If you are a chess player this is a must have game.

I know, I know; the graphics are terrible, the controls are terrible, the camera angles are terrible, but I can't help to love this game.

I first played this game many moons ago when it was first released. I enjoyed it so much when I rented it a few times, that I decided to buy it. I lost my copy when I moved from home and recently bought it off a seller on here (still sealed!) and I still enjoy it.

I'm 21 now and not ashamed to admit it.

I especially love playing "Hide And Seek". Or should I say, "Hide 'N' Go Peep" (thanks Lil).

International Superstar Soccer 64 (N64)

Well maybe not the best game ever but by far the best footy game ever.

Compared to todays standards the graphics don't measure up. Graphics, however, are not everything. The gameplay is simply awesome. I cannot begin to describe how great this game is. I played this game so much I was literally unbeatable. Seriously. Buy it. NOW!

It has been a little while for Wario, but his dream has finally come true when Mario's archenemy finally has a game of his own! Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 is the final sequel for the Super Mario Land games for the Game Boy Console and Wario's first ever platform game!

Although the game is called Super Mario Land 3, it has little relation with Mario himself, since the game is mostly based on Wario rather than Mario!

Parasite Eve 2

For some very strange reason Parasite Eve 1 wasn't released for PAL so only those serious gamers who imported the US NTSC version will have had the opportunity to play it. What PAL gamers missed was/is one of the most original and cinematic takes on the survival-horror gaming genre made popular by the likes of Alone in The Dark and, of course, Resident Evil and it's sequels.

Parasite Eve blended an involving storyline with a fairly sophisticated and, as far as I'm aware unique, RPG type (but far better than usual) tactical fighting system. This was later used in much greater depth for the peerless Vagrant Story.

When I first go the game, I didnt know what to expect, after seeing the picture on the front of the box. Turns out, I played it non stop. Its not often you find an amazing multi player game thats so ddictive, but this is it..
Excellent fighting fun for everyone - but the multiplayers are the best. deffinately the best multiplayer on the N64!

My 6 year old loved this game from the moment he played it.
I would have given the game 5 stars but we had the following problem. The game kept closing down and then restarting the computer. I rang the games helpline number who on the second call told me to open the "run" program and to type in "dxdiag" and press OK. When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool box opens click on "sound 1" and then adjust the Hardware Sound Acceleration Level down to Basic acceleration which instantly cured the problem. Apparently this is a common fix for this game.
We have now purchased a Logitech Formula force EX Steering Wheel to use with the game which has increased my sons enjoyment of the game immensely.

I got this game as a fan of strategy games, and I was almost instantly hooked. The game has four disks, five with the extension.

The game is very clear, you start a single player game, and all the steps are clearly layed out for you. It shows you where to go to select the race, gender, class, kit etc. When it says right-click it means press control+click.

The game is especially good for it's plot, character-development and strategy. The plot is amazing you find yourself immersed in the world of your characters. You get to really know your characters, the NPCs in this game are well done, and the choices that your character chooses have a direct effect on the rest of the game. True, this game is not as good as some of the new consoles games, e.g. PS2, Gamecube or the Xbox. This game was an early release on the playstation one. At the time it was a pretty good game, and offered a story mode and multiplayer options. It is a challenging game and allows you to choose from a wide range of characters, which all have their own special moves and attacks. Overall this game is worth buying if you want a cheap new challenge.
